When the Ace Hardware closed down in Dundee, I was upset, but not too upset, since the Ace Hardware in Carpentersville is nearby. It has a great neighborhood feel to it, a pleasant experience.”

“After doing business with this particular location for many years it’s definitely time for a review! Being employed as a professional painter you visit many paint stores and this one goes above and beyond! From the little hard candies and complimentary coffee, to the Gatorade and water offered on hot days. This store will make sure you are educated and loaded with everything you need to get the job done. They not only emptied one of their displays to provide me an additional 5 gallon bucket I needed but even threw it in no charge! Always on point with color matches and knowledge given as well. The friendly service and commitment to helping out their customers is what keeps me coming back to this exact location every time! Keep it up guys!”
