Horrible customer service. My daughter was shopping and selected numerous tops and jeans. She wanted to update her wardrobe for the new school year. I spent literally 45 min in the store waiting for her to choose. when she asked for a fitting room, the girl at the front aggressively responded that they were closing in 3 minutes. The long story - short. She didn't buy anything. The attitude of the girl was the main issue. I am confident that the stores sales would greatly improve if you hire come pleasant personnel.

employees didn’t show up until 1pm and didn’t even unlock the door at 2pm last time i checked- they just stood there and talked while people were obviously pulling on the doors.

Went there last night, Saturday 3/26/22 before 8pm. The doors were locked. Thinking they're not really open til 9pm like it's notes online.

I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????

The service here was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I came in and were helped right away and found some great clothes and discounts for both of us! Strongly recommend.

We went into the Algonquin store and had a return. We have had problems with returns in the past but Charles helped us today and he was so sweet and helpful making it an enjoyable experience

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this store. The girls working there never fail to be rude. They look at me like i’m some animal that happened to escape from the zoo. I don’t know if it’s because i’m not skinny or because i’m not white but it’s always a hostile environment.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I don’t really leave reviews but this store didn’t sit right with me. The 3 employees working on Saturday January 16 around 6 pm were so rude. As this one girl wearing a new york baby blue sweater was ringing me she didn’t even talk. I commented how I like her sweater because it was really cute and she just looked at me annoyed and said thanks with attitude. I felt very uncomfortable in the store as the other guy isn’t he store was not engaging with the customer and on his phone. I tried being friendly saying hi and there was no response.
