Car wouldn't start in the sub zero temps, walked in and Johnathan came to let me in, got me the battery I needed and when he found out I walked (not a super far distance) he offered me a ride back home. Reminded me the correct way to remove the battery, I replaced it and the car started right up. I drove back with the dead battery to get my deposit back.Johnathan was very helpful and friendly as was the other man working the shop, that allowed him to give me the quick ride back home in that nasty cold weather. Thank you guys!

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff is always so helpful! I was unsure of what I was looking for specifically and Jonathan came out to my car to make sure I was getting the right parts for my vehicle! He was incredibly helpful and even brought the parts out to my car because they were heavy! I will only be shopping for car parts at this location, the service is just too good! Thank you again Jonathan, I appreciate the help greatly!

Shout out to Joe, stopped in for a water pump and a few other things. He was a great help to me and my fiance getting us just what we needed and saved us a couple bucks. Thank you Joe! Car is fixed and my Fiancé is very happy, so I am happy. Great customer service

Can’t THANK YOU enough for the help I received! The manager of the store help me with my dead battery. I bought new one and he installed it for me, saving me hundreds in towing. Thank you very much ?

I can’t say it enough THANK YOU!!! My battery died, luckily I was very close, and the manager was able to help me. They tested my battery and he was able to changed it for me. What an amazing person! Thank you very much ?

The staff is always very helpful and quick!! Johnathan has helped me many times. When I purchased a new battery for my key fob, he changed it for me. And today I needed to purchase new windshield wipers. Any help me pick which ones were right for my car and help me install them!! Highly recommend for anyone needing assistance with car things!!!

Staff is always helpful. Never have long lines here and they stock a wide array of parts. Happy to have a quality auto store on the east side of Algonquin. I'll keep coming back for more supplies due to the good service and the location.
