Friendly service, if you can find someone. Clean and tidy store. Easy to find items. I even used the website to find items and the items would be in the correct place as stated in the website. Happy with the selection of items I needed. Not a long wait to checkout.

Michaels is a really great store. I visited my friend from this area, and I did not lose the chance of also visiting this location of Michael's, which is near the home of my friend. I really allotted a lot of time for this store just so I could explore it and find anything that would be really useful. The location is nice because it is near the place I visited, so it was easy for me to go there. Their parking was also convenient because there was a wide parking lot. The store looked clean from the outside, and it was even cleaner on the inside. It is a big store, but it kind of looks smaller considering the spaces on every aisle because there are so many shelves with a variety of different items. I really like the items they have. It is not only about art materials. They also have home décor, some furniture, and other usable products. Speaking of art, any kind of art material is available with a variety of selections, sizes, and even designs. I did not focus much on that selection because I allotted much of my time to their home décor section, where I found a lot of interesting and lovely items. The quality is good, as are the prices. The prices here are fair and reasonable, and most importantly, there are also some that are on sale for like 10 to 50% off, which was really amazing. Customer service is great too. The staff are friendly and the checkout is fast.

Easter is near, and my family and I are getting ready by buying the things that we needed and also wanting to buy other things that may add to what we can do for the supposed holiday. We went to this store to buy everything, and we did not regret going here because the store had a great and unique selection of things that we wanted. We also saw other unique and cool stuff, particularly those arts and crafts materials that we could really use. It was probably my first time in the store, and generally speaking, I like the store. It is clean and spacious. Other than the fact that it has a great selection of art materials, decors, and other sundries, it also has great customer service. The employees in the store were all friendly and helpful to us. Additionally, we like all the stuff that we bought. Everything is so nice, as are their prices.

I ordered a tree collar last week online to be picked up in store, when I got there, they said they didn't have it, worst customer service ever! Still haven't refunded my account yet!!

Great selection of crafting materials, at decent prices. Plus, you can go online and get the monthly 30% off (one-item) coupon to help with the savings. They also have framing services in the back, which I've never used, but I've heard good things. We've also taken our kids here for the various in-store events, most of which are free. I think a few of them have a little charge for materials, but it's relatively low, like under $5. The staff here have been kind and I would highly recommend.

You are SO LUCKY to have Brenda! She just helped me so much at the store with multiple things I needed crossed off my list. I was feeling a bit frazzled and masks are distracting but Brenda is a problem solver and so friendly. You can trust that her outstanding customer service is getting the job done. I know I told you thank you 20x at the store but thank you so much for all your help today. The cashiers were all friendly.

I'll update this with a better, longer review later, but I wanted to give a shout out to the crew at Algonquin's Michaels. I've hit up this store a few times now for art supplies to keep myself occupied while waiting for work to start up again. While the staff members at Michaels have every right to be focusing on other things than customer service, I've found that everyone I connected with at the store was in good spirits, very friendly and helpful. Thanks for all your help!

Stopped in last night to pick up a few things. The checkout line had 2-3 people ahead of me, but the one cashier, Sam, did a great job keeping the line moving. When it was our turn Sam was very polite, friendly and super efficient at the entire check out process! (even with coupons!) She is a GREAT asset to the store, and is very good at her job.

The framing department is very good - a young woman Valerie put together my custom order and it came out beautiful.
