We’ve placed our order and are awaiting slight customization and delivery so for now I can only vouch for the sales and design professionals who have assisted us in making the purchase. In brief, they were excellent. They made suggestions based on our concerns regarding design, room fit, comfort, and budget, without trying to sell us items we didn’t need. Stephanie even came out to our home, measured the room space and recreated it on her computer to plug in the best model options for sizing and look. Overall, she and Wendy were very attentive, open, and helpful. They proceeded at our pace and made everything work for us. We’re feeling good about our purchases and look forward to taking delivery in a few weeks. Highly recommend - a quality experience throughout, thus far.

If you are looking for living room furniture and decorating ideas, be sure to check out La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries at 1565 S. Randall Road, Algonquin, IL. I was looking for new furniture and a friend recommended them. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago and was surprised by what a large selection of beautiful QUALITY furniture they have on display. I was greeted by Sale's Consultant, Heather. Explained to her I was looking for both a sofa and love seat. She made great suggestions after listening to what I wanted. Since I wasn't sure what else I wanted to do in our living room, Heather suggested having an interior designer do a home visit. Didn't think I really needed an interior designer, but since there was no charge, I decided maybe it would be helpful. Best decision I made. Designer, Stephanie made a home visit and she was awesome! She listened, answered all my questions and then made recommendations. She has great decorating ideas. She took pictures of our living room and when I returned to the store actually showed me what the room would look like with the furniture I selected along with her decorating ideas. Neither of the two associates ever pressured me into getting something I didn't want. Couldn't believe the process was so easy and to top it off, the quality was far above other furniture stores in the area and their prices were great. It was a very positive experience! Everyone knows La-Z-Boy furniture is the best. Give them a visit.

Wonderful service. From the time my designer Stephanie came to my house to going to the store to look at what she had picked out and how it would look in my home. As for the times I changed my mind about things that didn’t bother her. She put in all the different pieces of furniture so I could see how they would look. A great experience

Service was good. Unfortunately sales was down a few positions and support was fragmented between customers. At the end, we received the support we needed.
