Nice produce and item selection, a little pricey, some employees are rude and some are nice. Be aware of an older man wearing glasses and a baseball cap with an empty shopping cart and a Jewel-Osco magazine; he will follow you and it seems like he might be trying to scan your wallet. I only encountered him once but he followed us throughout the whole store.

Do NOT buy your milk here! This is the third time (two other times w/ Jewel brand whole milk) that the upon first opening it, which was less than 12 hours after purchasing, that there was solid matter in the container. I'm not sure if they're not storing it properly or perhaps it gets too warm during transport, but I've never had this problem w/ milk from Meijer or Walmart. Keep you and your family safe and healthy by not buying milk or produce from here.

The cashier at this grocery store was one of the rudest we’ve come across. Her name was RACHEL, and she did not thank us for our business, or even greet us when we walked up.

I am new to the area , I have never met a bunch of employees that are so rude, snobby & bitter in my life , it’s all the women cashiers upfront clearing annoyed when you ask a question ….. I have been in this store 3 times and I will not be back , I’ll be happy to spend my $300 a week elsewhere,

First time shopping at Jewel-Osco, moving here from Pennsylvania. Employee was very helpful when an item would not scan on the scanner. Also, she made sure I knew about the app and discounts I could earn. Thank you!

I would give another star if they would ever fix the men’s room. Outside of a rural truck stop, I have NEVER seen a filthier men’s bathroom. The door is completely broken and does not latch to anything. The toilet paper dispenser is destroyed. There is writing on the walls in a mysterious yellow-brown color. The electrical socket below the hand dryer was the cherry on top for me. Three stars because their food is fine and prices are okay. One last thing, that traffic cone has been in there for months at this point.

A couple issues at this location. First, their service is terrible. On multiple ocassions there have been customers waiting at the deli counter while employees we're doing other things like cutting meat (not for a customer waiting), putting things in ovens, emptying trash (my last visit it apparently takes 2 to do this now). They made no effort to even say "we'll be right with you". Finally I had to speak up and ask if they were open.
The other issue is some of their cashiers. While I appreciate them engaging customers checking out and being social, don't stop scanning items while chatting or hold up others in line when the current customer is done. There are two individuals in particular.
Second, their produce department is not very good. Many items don't seem very fresh and have blemishes as if they haven't been handled well. Especially tomatoes and onions.
If this location wasn't so convenient, I'd shop across the corner more at Butera.

We shop here all the time. The Osco Pharmacy is the only pharmacy we will use. That being said, don’t leave expired items for sale in your store. My grandson loves the frozen White Castle burgers. We purchased them today, and the expiration date is over a month expired. The store Manager needs to pay attention to this matter as I have seen other reviews with the same issue.

This a big store where you can buy groceries and othr stuffs. It's handy plce to shop for evrythingyou need in one spot.

I came on Sunday may 12th, just coming in for chocolate milk for my mom, but when I get home I looked at the expiration date and it was over 5 days expired, products on the shelf should be within their expiration date, especially dairy products.

I just brought my service animal in with me. At checkout, the attendant approached him and tried to pet him without even acknowledging me. After I told her not to touch him and told her that he was my service animal, she continued talking to him. I have never had such an uncomfortable interaction with a store employee regarding my service animal.

I visited their floral department few days ago where I received amazing service. I needed a bouquet of flowers made for a special occasion and asked for help. Jewel floral associate Niki was amazing. Not only she knew what she was doing and was unbelievable amazing at it, she was so sweet, kind, compassionate and simply a pleasure to be around. She made sure that the bouquet she created for me was extra special. I received so many compliments from anyone who saw the flowers, especially from the person who the arrangement was meant for. I highly recommend to anyone if the need arrangement done to ask for her. You need more associates like her at your store. Thank you Niki❤️
