Went in needed a few things and the employee who helped me was very friendly. She located what I needed quickly. The cashier was training a new hire but it did not negatively affect my checkout.

Rude, stay clear especially of Dennis! Can't stand behind their word. Charging items after being told "no charge for a item" as compensation for their errors. Stay away from this location. Bad business. Better off in Barrington or Crystal Lake. Even best, go to sherwin williams!

The store has been upgraded since the last time I was there which was a couple years ago. People working there have doubled and are Extremely helpful.. not the least expensive but probably about the same expense but the quality of Benjamin Moore can't be beat. That's why you see professionals in the store utilizing their products.
