Two of the boards were not cut to correct size but unfortunately we didn't find out until it was too late to send the item back. The rack had already been assembled except for the boards to be put up. “I purchased 2 Bali solar shades in April of 2024, and had them installed on May 8th. The Home Depot subcontractor told me the clips that came with it wouldn't work for this installation, and he would order new clips, that hold the shade in place when it is windy. I waited 2 weeks, didn't receive anything. Went to the flooring department to inquire to see if clips had been ordered ,and was dealing with a wonderful employee, named Joy. She checked, and found no record of the order. She then contacted the consumer department at Bali to see if they could provide a solution. As I sat there waiting while we were on hold with the company for over 15 minutes, other shoppers came and asked her questions. She was very courteous and helpful with them. I want to say I really enjoyed my experience dealing with her. She really spent alot of time with me to find the solution to my problem. Store #1940, Algonquin Illinois.”
