I would wish to get my hair cut with any stylist other than Debbie. In the couple of times, I have had my cut with her, she always rushes to finish. And if I ask for any style preference, she would blankly tell that "this is not a barber shop". After all, I almost get a closer cut(like a buzz cut), and nothing much to cut, but still she wouldn't accommodate any preference of mine. Everytime I go, i wish and hope for she shouldn't be the one assigned to me.
All the other stylists have been great and accomodating.

Just take your son to a barber shop.

So my 1.5 year old son really needed a hair cut and we were nowhere near our usual barber and figured let’s just give this a try.
I walked in and they took us right away. My son has had 6 hair cuts since he turned one and is very good given his age. He sits there, but he is a toddler so he moves his head.
Long story short I did my best to keep him happy; including holding his head, distracting him, and letting him watch Bluey on my phone. The woman (Debbie) cutting his hair I guess decided was “done” and rushed me out. I barely had time to get a decent full picture. I of course didnt notice until we got home that she took his Mohawk up on his right side 1 inch higher than the left and was not blended.
I called today to speak with a manager (Tula) to see what could be done. Apparently, the manager knew already about his botched cut but Debbie didn’t feel like informing me that she was “done” with him even though his cut was not done ? I wish she would have just been honest or said something.
I was told to come in to “try” to fix it and that Gina would fix it. If Gina is a Hispanic woman, then she is the one who fixed his hair and did an excellent job blending his fade.
If you have to go to this location as for her - she was wonderful.
However, we will not be back. I will gladly pay more to keep my regular barber who appreciated our business, generous tips, and treats our son well and with excitement because he is a very well behaved toddler.

I have been here a few times for kids. They have never been too friendly but used to do a good job at haircut and also take coupons. However last time I went there, the lady was rude to the kids and took no care what so ever during their haircut. Both kids have nicks around the neck and razor burn rash probably from not using a proper new blade. They didn’t accept the coupon either which I was sent via email in a new format than before. But the code was right there and she refused to enter it. However that was the least of the problems because the kids had razor burns bothering them all day. Never going back here. And warning others to not take their kids here.

Debbie was great! Super sweet, very knowledgeable, and she gave me a *gorgeous* haircut. It warms my heart to be with kind people, and she absolutely made my week!
