Absolutely awful experience. I don't think I've ever received less help from staff at any store, or seen such an unorganized way to sell products. If you do not have a pro account they keep zero records of any purchases, even ones such as a PS5 that are over $500. The. When it breaks in 2weeks for absolutely no reason cannot give any help or even try to pull up proof of purchase. The guy working sounded like he didn't even want to take my call and was completely useless. Awful place that does not care about anything but your money and will not give any assistance when a problem occurs with your system.

GS has gone a bit downhill since rather amazing stock rally. They are expensive and the employees aren't much help at all.

5 Stars for Nick! So helpful with the system trade ins! The layout of the store didn't seem to flow. Don't understand why the trade in station was in front of the counter. Not efficient. But Nick was the absolute best!!

This place rules thanks to the staff!I remember the names except of two out of all the guys and how courteous they are.I am new to gaming. I thought I'd get treated like a dummy with the questions I was asking, but everyone is so nice there. When it comes to service I rate Gamestop on Randall Rd. a 10/10 on communication, physically walking with me and giving me a tour what products I should consider, explaining warranty as well and also recommendations.I wish I knew the names, but with my cognitive issues; recognize everyone especially the guy with the God of War facepaint face paint and Kevin.I'm slowly happy to have moved to this area.

Brooks was awesome, he helped us with trade-ins, during a busy time. Saturday morning, he had a new employee that showed up late, some inventory issues, on the phone, checking the trade-ins, with 10 people in line. Grace under pressure, nice work Brooks, all Game Stop employees should be like you.
