We have found their prices to be competitive and quality of merchandise to be top-notch, better than the lumber yard box stores up and down Randall Road. We recently purchased a new patio umbrella, our color selection did not go according to plan. Great Escape was more than happy to exchange it for us. They always have a good number of cashiers working at any given time, so even if there is a line at one register, there will be another one without a wait. This is a great store with a lot to offer. I always find what I need. love the new layout. I was briefly list but found a helper very friendly. I rate my experience here as awesome.”

“If you find the right employee, they will make your visit worthwhile. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new sectional so we stopped at the RoomPlace. Upon first walking in, we were ambushed multiple times by the same woman. We made it very clear that if we need help we will find someone. She finally backed off and we went looking around. Brian Shay offered us help once and then walked away, giving us the space we needed. When we had questions, we were more willing to find Brian and ask him for help, as opposed to the woman who kept following us. He provided the information we needed and we went on our way. The next few days went by and I sent him an email. ON HIS DAY OFF, Brian replied to emails in a timely manner and was able to work with us to find what would get us the best deal. We really appreciate Brian's help and look forward to speaking with him again when we are ready to purchase more furniture.”
