They are polite and I’ve used there services for years . However the most recent purchase inspection for a car I’m selling left a lot to be desired .
It was not detailed enough- they did not check much at all . Tons of pages of codes showing on the report which for a layperson is irrelevant . Don’t know what those codes mean . For $159 I buyer knows nothing more that what we told him already . Either lower your price or do a more detailed inspection.

Awesome Customer Service and Extremely Knowledgeable!! This review has been a long time coming but I wanted to give it enough time to make sure the results were correct, and they were. Back in January, my 2015 Mercedes CLA45 AMG experienced transmission issues. I took it to 2 places who refused to work on it since it was a Dual Clutch Transmission. Took it to MB who within 30 minutes stated I needed a new transmission for 11K. I did not think that was possible since I only had 58K miles. I was referred to Francen and Son. They did seriously every thorough check as possible to avoid replacing the transmission and kept in constant contact with me. I was not in a rush so I allowed them to take their time and if a new transmission was avoidable then that would be the best outcome. Lo and behold, when they finally dropped the pan, they did realize it needed a new transmission. Luckily they had all of the tools necessary and the expertise to do this and it ended up coming in about 1K less thank MB quoted me. I would definitely rather give my money to a small business than to MB any day. I've put about 2K miles on it now and it runs perfect! But what really blew me away was the customer service from the staff. I never had to chase them, never had to get angry and they did everything they possibly could to figure out if they could fix the problem without a replacement. Thank you very much to this shop, the price was reasonable and the work was outstanding. Definitely going back for any future repairs!

Expert and Honest Service. Francen and Son has helped me on a couple
Different vehicles over the past few years and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. I found other shops bring vehicles to Francen and Son when they can’t fix the vehicles they have customers for. Literally Francen and Son is the repair shop for other repair shops who aren’t as knowledgeable. I also had a car repaired here that the dealer didn’t repair right. This is the best place around for service without a doubt.

I needed an emergency car repair involving leaking transmission and differential fluids as I found out on the start of my 11 hour journey back home to Canada. Frank and Kevin made it a priority to get my Mercedes GLK 350 back to working order so I could be assured of a safe journey home….this was ahead of the holiday weekend and meant they spent hours after closing the shop to get my car road ready. I am so appreciative of the extra care and attention they made and would recommend their services to anyone looking for excellent customer service and auto expertise. first time i took my car there for Trans service and i was very satisfied. They even gave me a loaner to use for the time being so i can go to work. A few hours later the truck was finished and ready to go. They even called me for some recommended maintenance and suggestions.
Frank, Pauly and Kevin were very nice guys and more importantly honest people to deal with.
