Lauren and Brandon assisted me with my selection of glasses and lens options. I am so pleased. Both were very helpful and knowlegeable in selection, sizing, fitting and ordering.I just have to say, this was the best experience I have had at a retail eyeglass store. Note: I am 72 years old.I was very impressed with their attitudes while helping me. The company did a good job of hiring & training these two associates. Thanks.,

I work in medical imaging, specifically mammography. It is extremely important for my job to have optimal vision. I wear progressive lenses and need them to be just right. Lauren, and her staff worked with me through several tries until my glasses were perfect. They were very easy to work with and I appreciated their commitment to patient satisfaction. I will always use the For Eyes in Algonquin for my glasses. Thanks again!

Been going to this place for years now. But last year when my glasses arrived I was asking for help from the staff to at least fix the temple of my glasses because it doesn't fit my head. She was giving me attitude and didn't even wanted to help me. She did try to fix the temple once but it still need further adjustment but just ignored me. I left and told my self to not return to this place ever again.

I have used this branch for many years. The Doctors are professional, patient and caring. Ryan and Brendon were very efficient dealing with an oversight and resolving it quickly. I went hope a very fulfilled loyal customer.

My wife, 2 daughters, and I have been patients here for probably over 10 years.I like both doctors and wouldn't have any problems recommending them. However, in the last year or so, the staff they had for quite a while all disappeared. I have no idea why, but the people who replaced them are completely incompetent!I've never had so many issues with simply ordering glasses and having them get the orders correct. Out of the last 2 orders, they managed to screw them up 3 times! We're done and will not be going back.My daughter went in for glasses and was overcharged by almost $250. My wife noticed that they used the wrong insurance. I have a small amount of coverage from my medical for the exams only. I have eye insurance that covers the exam, frames, lenses, & contacts.I can understand a mistake, and they did fix it AFTER I pointed it out. But I still had to point it out.My problem is that a month later, my wife and I went in and were very specific that this was an issue. We were very clear about which insurance to use, and they did it again!So we waited while they fixed it, AGAIN, after I pointed it out, and refunded me almost $200. The charge for the 3 pairs of glasses we purchased was over $700, so we used our Care Credit, so it would be interest-free for a year.I checked a week or so later and noticed that they just ran it as a normal revolving charge, and I was going to be charged interest on the purchase.I again had to spend another hour in the store fixing the issue and ended up having to go through the credit card to fix it.As I said, I can understand a mistake being made, but when I have to watch every part of every transaction, and they still screw up every one, it's time to find a different eye doctor.

I had a top notch experience when I was at For Eyes recently to pick out some sunglasses . The gals who worked there were friendly , intelligent and very helpful . I have been going to For Eyes for my frames for over 6 years now .

Got a pair of glasses that give me headaches after a couple hours of wearing them. They are now dresser glasses and I use my old glasses. SMH. Now I have to wait a year for my insurance again and go somewhere else
