Never had a huge problem here. The workers were kind and sat me through getting a new secured card. I had so many questions and they dealt with all of them respectfully. I little dissapointed that I cant just transfer my savings under my name once I become an adult but not a huge deal. If you're opening a secured credit card watch out for the yearly fee, the $24 is supposed to be waived the first year but it wasn't for me or my sister.

Let me begin with how rude this whole branch is as a whole. I walk in earlier today don’t even get greeted by a single employee upon arrival . No one was standing behind the bank teller . Cars are in the drive through as well , the manager at the time appeared to be doing absolutely nothing at his desk saying someone will be with me shortly. After waiting for 5-8 minutes still no employee decides to help me with my business account , but I will say Steven was more concerned on a personal phone call dealing with his fantasy football league then dealing with customers in the lobby . I strongly advise everyone to pick a different branch to attend to .

The banker Krishna Patel is no help at all during the death of my father. She didn’t want to help with the estate and closing the account. Disgusting person and disgusting service. Also, the manager didn’t understand how a small estate affidavit works, and neither does the legal team there. I’ve known several people to leave this bank and now I see why.

Edit: this still bugs me. I want this place closed. ???When I turned 18 I needed to make my account not linked with my parents. They refused to do this without a parent even though I was an adult. They wouldn't let me withdrawal any of MY money. Screw this place and all big banks. Switched to a credit union and never been happier.

Worst bank in the world. Please do not use worst customer service in the world. Very rude and not willing to help. Happy I moved to chase bank and will be closing everything with fifth third immediately!!!

Thanks to all of these negative reviews, I will not be going to this bank to open my 3 account as I am moving to the area and my bank is nowhere near Huntley.

I had made a payment via ACH on their website (Since you can't just use a debit like all other banks or credit cards). Accidentally, duplicated the payment. Not a big deal, but it was $500 payment. So i paid a total of 1000, which killed my bank account. I had 700+ balance so 2 x $500 payments actually showed they owed me 200+ dollars. Now here is the kicker, instead of helping me, it became an ordeal that justifies NEVER doing business with them again for anything. After actually going into a branch, because their customer service was worthless. Banker said they would refund 1 payment and leave the other. 6 days later still no refund and called to find that they require a wait of 10 business days because it's an external account (Not 53 account). On top of that, after ALL THE HEADACHE they still only refunded the negative balance and not the second 500.00 payment. What happened to caring for a customer? I spoke with these incompetent service reps and even said, how do I know you will cut payment for 500. You just have to trust me was the answer, and look what still happened. I am canceling my credit card with them immediately.

This Bank is the last place where you have to open an account. They look nice in the beginning, and than..... they don't take care about clients, just their money!!! They wrong about services that you ask them, they are very expensive with fees that pop up from nowhere after you open account with them! They are not professional at all !!! For their banker mistake, my husband credit score is drop down!!!!! Can you believe it ? Now who give my husband score back? Mrs. Christine ? Thank you for your unprofessional service. Stay away from this bank !!!!

Fifth Third Banking institute is a bunch of crooks!!!! They encourage you to do internet banking so they can be sly and add fees - the next day!!!!! I have given more money to this joke of a bank that I have finally wisened up and will never do banking here again! I hope everyone else will do the same. Too many banking choices to treat their customers so poorly! $117 in fees?? When I had the money in the bank? and it's Christmas, what bad service. I hate fifth third and will never ever ever do banking there again!!!!!!!!
