Visited the Algonquin location today. Kara was friendly and super helpful ! Took the time to help me confirm the online pricing vs store pricing. I wish Express would have the same promotions in store as online. Kind of frustrating that you have to look online before shopping in store to ensure your getting the best deal.

I really enjoy Express cloths. But I would never recommend anyone go to this location. The workers have such attitudes. I was going to buy multiple suits but left because environment was horrible.

I hate buying jeans. The only thing I hate more than buying jeans is trying on jeans. I walked in and asked Vicky for whatever she had in my favorite fit, rise, size (I wear Longs). For whatever reason, they were being phased out, so Vicky brought me some options. I tried on four pairs, and two of them worked. At checkout she produced another pair that I didn’t even need to try on. The best part is that they were all on clearance AND I was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. Seriously. See you in a few years when I’m due again! Give this gal a raise!!!

Couldn’t find my size in mostly everything I liked, also most of the sales associates looked liked they rather be elsewhere. Everyone looked so unapproachable when the store wasn’t even that busy, and it was such a challenge to get a into a fitting room. They got lotsto improve

First time shopping at the store and I am just blown away by the amazing customer service. Emily and Juan were so kind and went above and beyond helping me find the sizes that would fit me best. Will 100% be coming back to this location for all of my business casual needs.

The employees are so rude at this store. I used to love shopping here but now I don’t even bother stopping by. Not to mention that you can’t even shop the clearance section unless you’re six feet tall because of how high they’ve placed the clothing racks.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, I came in to this store because it’s my favorite, but the lady was extremely rude to me when I came in, didn’t even say hi, and when she saw I had a bag because I was going to return something, she told me “I’ll take that bag for you” so I said that’s fine, once I went to exchange the item she literally threw the bag at me and I overheard her talking extremely rudely about me and my friend. I literally overhead her calling us a “b****. Extremely unprofessional and I will never be coming here again. HAVE SOME RESPECT!

The management in this store is very rude/snooty and unwilling to assist the customer. I shop the store this evening I asked cashier if I could use a online coupon she said yes initially she was very friendly, she looked at the coupon. And then when I went to check out she asked her manager if I could use it and she rudely said no; without looking at the express coupon. When I got into my car I realized the coupon was in store and online This is the second time I experienced rude management in the store and will never shop in the store again. I do not recommend this location. I'm surprised they're still open. There's no need to respond with the generic response saying call customer service because I have reported this unprofessional behavior.

My husband needs a suit and we showed up 1.5 hours after open to a sign saying “counting inventory” with locked doors. I own a store near by and do our inventory outside of business hours but I guess that’s just me. We get packed up to go back later (me husband and 4 month old baby) for a second time and this time the doors are locked 30 minutes before close. An employee opens the door with no explanation and just says “sorry we’re closed”. Mind you, there are customers in the store. I’m sorry that this is the level of employee this company is stuck with to decide to kick out customers a half hour before close because a 6 hour work day is simply too hard. My teenage employees would work circles around this entitled and disorganized bunch.
