I had such a great experience today at Express in Algonquin Commons thanks to Kerry. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—something that’s rare to find these days. I truly appreciated how accommodating she was throughout the entire visit. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that level of care while shopping. Shoutout to Kerry for making my experience such a positive one—I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Went to this location in particular because it is open until 9pm. I attempted to walk in at 8:30, but the doors were locked, and 2 employees were walking out. I asked them if they were open until 9 like it says online, and one of them replied with “Yeah, and we open tomorrow at 10am.” I was just there to make a quick return. If you’re open until 9, you don’t close the doors at 8:30. Might want to adjust store hours.

I'm really happy that Express is still here at the commons. I know there have been several stores around us that have closed down for a variety of reasons, but I'm glad this is still here.

This Algonquin Express is my go-to place to shop for all of my work clothes. The store is clean and very organized. The associates are incredibly knowledgeable and are willing to give great recommendations.

I’ve never had an issue returning online orders in-store, but my recent experience was awful. The manager, Liesley, and the cashier were completely unprofessional. I had a simple return slip with a barcode for in-store returns, but neither of them knew how to scan it or process the return properly. Instead, they returned the wrong item in the wrong size from the wrong order. I had to wait an extra long time while they called customer service to fix their mistake. I’m extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate to report that Liesley is clearly not suited for her position!

Visited the Algonquin location today. Kara was friendly and super helpful ! Took the time to help me confirm the online pricing vs store pricing. I wish Express would have the same promotions in store as online. Kind of frustrating that you have to look online before shopping in store to ensure your getting the best deal.

I really enjoy Express cloths. But I would never recommend anyone go to this location. The workers have such attitudes. I was going to buy multiple suits but left because environment was horrible.

I hate buying jeans. The only thing I hate more than buying jeans is trying on jeans. I walked in and asked Vicky for whatever she had in my favorite fit, rise, size (I wear Longs). For whatever reason, they were being phased out, so Vicky brought me some options. I tried on four pairs, and two of them worked. At checkout she produced another pair that I didn’t even need to try on. The best part is that they were all on clearance AND I was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. Seriously. See you in a few years when I’m due again! Give this gal a raise!!!
