This is the place to go! I had a bracelet repaired here and they were kind, courteous and quickly got it done. While they were fixing it I looked around and the jewelry is beautiful!!

Excellent service. I had two rings appraised and one ring resized with small repairs. The turnaround time for the appraisal was very quick compared to other quotes I received. The repairs to my ring look great and the turn around time was also very quick.

They did a great job fixing my sons clasp on his chain and also resizing, fixing, and cleaning my wifes ring. They are reasonably priced and cheaper then the big franchised jewelry stores. Mike is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I will go definitely there again.

Service for ring given two week time line but not completed in 4 weeks with no communication. Rude, defensive and argumentative staff response. No effort to problem solve nor complete work. Item returned with no service. Very disappointed with customer service.

Brought my wife's wedding ring in for a missing stone, resize and a prong fix. Turned out absolutely perfect. Happy wife happy life. Looks brand new. She couldn't be happier. More than fair priced. Great craftsmanship. Will be going back.

Found Gabriele online with other good reviews.Had been few other places before Doerner to sellsome gold/silver jewelry and some coins. She was very upfront and fair I feel . She even told me to hangon to a wedding ring I wanted to sell bc of worth not great at the momemt with the diamonds.I even went to a few other places just to get quotes and she not knowing gave me way more than the others offered. She doesnt take a huge percentage over what the going rate is for gold/silver.There is a cute boutique there that she has of clothes, jewelry shoes as well.Definitely will use her going forward. Highly recommend her for repair, buy, sell.

Stopped in due to needing a watch battery. This place looks like a Pawn shop vs a quality jeweler. They charged $35 to put a battery in my watch. Did good job, I mean they didn't damage my watch I saw nothing of quality within this shop.

Great, friendly service and quality products unlike some chain stores. I went to Doerner originally for my wife's engagement ring in 2019. I've returned ever since when a special occasion calls for a jewelery gift. I should also mention how they bailed me out with a last minute gift when I may otherwise could've been trouble with the wife..They helped order a beautiful claddagh ring and expedited it to get it to me next day! Did I mention Kathy's the best?

I took in three diamonds rings (my mother's, and both of my grandmothers') to be repurposed into a new ring. I was absolutely awestruck with the result. Doerner's has way exceeded my expectations. The ring is so very beautiful, and now I can carry the memory of my mother and grandmothers with me all the time. Thank you for amazing, professional, and spectacular work!

Love this group of people. Very helpful, and understanding. I have had unfortunate circumstances at points in my life, as we all have, and chose to pawn the same 3 pieces a few times.
