My daughter and I are new to the Crosskicks community and so far our experience has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING. All of the trainers have been very attentive and helpful, always at the ready for providing support and instruction. Every time we walk through the door, someone recognizes our presence and everyone remembers our names.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym and how I’ve not only used their challenges to learn and understand nutrition — the gym has also completely changed my mindset on body image and what strong is. Every coach has the credentials and knowledge to get you over whatever obstacle is in the way. It’s the most hands on and catered to you programs I’ve ever found in my entire athletic life since childhood. Make sure to sign up for some duck a diet too. Meals made easy and healthy for the family.Big thank you to the coaches becoming like family and Coach Conner for being the best role model to my son. It’s priceless when your kid walks away proud from a personal training session. He’s been able to apply constructive habits and techniques in other areas of life.

Incredible. Nothing like it. Great trainers, Cole and Connor, who keep you moving while making you smile. True longevity workout with strength and cardio. Worked out with Ashley who kept the sense of community. Flexibility on start times and effective for all levels. I have a trainer and visiting family and it kicked my butt. 10/10.

I recently joined Cross kicks Fitness after doing HIIT for 10 years and couldn’t be happier. A lot of research I found showed how important strength training was for long term results, especially in women 40+ to increase metabolism and fat loss. After trying CKF it was an easy decision to join. The owners Tony & Abby were so friendly and really knowledgeable with overall goals and can provide support in a number of ways. The trainers listen to your needs and assist with any modifications. The established members were all so welcoming. Everyone motivates and pushes you in an encouraging way. The shift in less cardio and more strength training has yielded results in less than a month. The workouts are self paced so are doable regardless of your current fitness level. Trying a new gym especially on with barbells & heavy weights, sleds, punching bags and more may be intimidating but I promise you it’s anything but here. Overall great atmosphere, coaches & members!

I always hated going to the gym but that changed when I joined Cross Kicks. It’s a gym without the intimidating gym atmosphere. You go in, they tell you what to do, and you do it! Everyone is so inviting and friendly and truly feels like a family. Abby and Tony and all their coaches make working out fun and have seen great results in just 2 months. Can’t wait to continue my journey with Cross Kicks!!

So we are talking about change, and my journey has been incredible and scary at the same time.I'm posting this so we can all help each other be better, Cross kicks is a place where the people push you every day to be better and to be the best you can be. This is the kind of gym I never knew I needed. No specific class times, trainers always available, and such an awesome atmosphere. You are not just a number here, but instead one of the CKF family members. The workouts are pre-planned and you modify as needed based on your skill level. It removes the thought process, and is one of my favorite things about it. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed

Been a member for 3 years. Abby & Tony make you feel at home and challenge you to be the best you. It’s more than a gym, they work with you on nutrition and body. Highly recommend.

CKF has an amazing and supportive environment. I joined this gym in January and was unsure of how I would do. I had a habit of giving up and not being committed. It’s hard to go to a gym and have no idea what you should be doing or working on. CKF takes care of all of that! They have trainers and coaches on staff during every shift to give you guidance and show you how to properly complete the workouts, all of the workouts are created for the entire gym - you just show up and do it! Everyone is supportive and they really push you to give your best every day. They have awesome challenges that help with accountability and take your fitness and nutrition knowledge to the next level. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them! Totally worth it! In just 6 months, they have helped me achieve a loss of almost 50 pounds - all you have to do is show up, put in the work, follow their guidance and be consistent!

A Gym like no gym, no class times and a constant trainer available. Crosskicks makes it fun to workout and to push yourself. The challenges are incredible, the nutrition knowledge that you learn and apply is even better than time spent in the gym. And when they say stick to it and the magic happens in the back half it’s true! I’ve experienced this in the 90 day and I’ve done several challenges and continue to learn new things each time. The entire staffs energy is one of the best parts too! Thanks CKF.

I love this place! I have a lot of experience with gyms, as I have been working out for many years, at a variety of places, and I even have multiple gym memberships. Cross Kicks is definitely unique and provides an amazing workout! The coaches are great, they are very helpful and very motivating. The atmosphere and other gym members are awesome and make you feel like part of a family! I can’t say enough good things about CKF. I highly recommend to everyone of any level of experience!

I stopped in at the Cross Kicks Fitness today and I mildly enjoyed it I just had one problem with the actual owner of the place he was nice on the phone and he was transparent on the phone but not in person he was not vicious or mean just the way he came off kinda seemed like I interrupted his day. But then what really set me off was he was jumping to conclusions about sparring which I did ask him about if they had which I understood. But I don’t Learn if I don’t get hit. I also did like his right as I came in a signed up for everything the dude stood their and talked to one of the gym girls next to me that just proved to me that this guy is a fighter but does not really care that much and then on top of that I asked him about one on one training and the story changed in person on how expensive I was told I could still sign up for a 250 dollar for 5 classes just to be told 2 dif things won’t be back that’s for sure
