Open Letter To: Jamie Dimon CEO, District Mgr, Branch Mgr, Our family is your typical customer, we look for, and value, the following from any company that we do business with; exceptional customer service with the following characteristics; polite, proficient, professional, timely, and very importantly in the banking industry, trustworthy. This is what we would like to experience every time we enter your door, Chase Bank.And what do we get?My wife, our daughter, our granddaughter, and I, had a 11 am appointment scheduled this morning with; Ana V-S., (Officer, Relationship Banker). As is always the case every single time we do business at this branch, we were warmly greeted by the wonder staff behind the counter, we were immediately greeted warmly by Ana, she assisted us with a wonderful personality, kind, caring, very professional and proficient, she made us feel like we are millionaires - the most important “customer” in the world to her! Imagine that, my fellow Algonquin neighbors? How is your bank or credit union treating you?We have received the exact same outstanding (class leading) level of customer service, on multiple occasions from; Judith (Judy) M., (Officer, Relationship Banker). We love banking here! We stopped doing business with a local competitor in Algonquin, because we were not receiving a reasonable level of customer service, follow-up, professionalism, and technology from them on several occasions.How does one bank fill their building with such a phenomenal level of customer centricity from each employee, at virtually every “customer” opportunity?! You have won us over, Chase Bank, 1000 S. Randall Rd, Algonquin! This is the best banking experience I have ever encountered and I have been banking for over 50 years!I have nearly 50 years of customer service and sales experience, I am a gentleman, and I am a 36 year resident of Algonquin.Algonquin friends and neighbors, if you are not completely satisfied with your bank, you may want to consider pulling all of your money out of wherever it is (just like I did) AND DEPOSIT IT ALL at this facility! Before so doing, call this facility, better yet, walk inside and witness for yourself how they will treat you. Witness and feel for yourself what it’s like to be the most important customer in the world! I have no vested interest, and I presently own no JPM stock (outside of ETF’s).Jamie Dimon, I need a 3- month CD paying 5%, and a 11- month CD paying 5.25%, call me!

It's a very good bank and people are nice, interest rates on savings/checking are not as good as other banks.

I just went to apply for a credit card and Dhamar and Judy were super helpful! They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend going here :)

I don’t usually go to the bank, I usually do electronic deposits and payments. But I needed some questions answered so called then drove over to this branch. I went through drive thru and was waited on immediately and had my questions confirmed and finally made my deposit. All within 5 minutes. Thank you for valuing my time .

This is my Chase of choice to deposit my income. However, way too often, the drive up ATM, "cannot accept cash deposits."

Staff is very nice. If you have to see a banker come prepared because there will be a long wait. They are always under staffed.

This location is awful they never have enough staff to help people in a timely manner. The tellers are always running back and forth between the drive up and the lobby. I recently waited at the drive up for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window I just got fed up and left instead

Waited for a long time just to be acknowledged and then told to wait for a banker. Total time 20 min to sit around and wait for a banker to help and no one did. Ended up leaving without resolving issue. Always incredibly slow service, not coming to this location anymore.
