Butera Market, clean on the inside, the butcher was extremely nice and friendly, was really helpful. We did take our time trying to figure out what new item to cook, and the Butcher was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I should have asked for his name, so I feel bad just calling him a butcher. Great place, the crown tasted good.

4 stars...A LIE!!! Open your eyes, people. Meats (chicken, ham hock) are always spoiled. I will not be shopping here anymore. Read the other reviews. The meats have been rotten or spoiled for years. They do not deserve one star.

Great verity of produce at a reasonable price ? love their selection of breads. On this day I walked out with 4 different kinds of breads and rolls ? you must try the jalapeño cheddar loaf! Oh I have to go back for that! Every time I go there I try something new and it's always good!

The store is really really dirty. The carts are disgusting. If the front of store looks like this I can’t imagine what behind the scenes is like. A while back they started using some kind of very highly scented floor cleaner to wash the floors and it’s so strong that I can’t spend more than 15 minutes in there before I get a terrible headache. It’s like they’re covering up bad smells with it or something. I’ve never smelled any cleaner that strongly scented. Maybe they need to dilute it or something but it’s hideous.

This place is a gem. If you can't find it elsewhere try here. If you want interesting news foods at reasonable prices, shop here...I have a tiff going on with Jewel across the street, they of the dirty bathrooms, this place does not suffer from that particular affliction. Shop away!

The store is pretty dirty. Leaky roof and disgusting carts. No belts to strap in a toddler. There is a great selection for produce and the meat department so that’s the only reason we go here other than being close to home.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The customer service provided is great. I went to the meat counter and the butcher was able to help me with my request and was very friendly which is rare nowadays. Butera is my store of choice

Well I went to Butera today for the Tuesday senior 10% discount. Followed all the rules, knowing that some things were not under the 10% discount. My check out person , according to the receipt was Dylan. I asked for my discount and I guess I should've been more careful and looked at my receipt before I left either Dylan didn't know how to figure out on the register what the discount was but out of a $29.23 purchase I was awarded $.10. Unfortunately, this is not the first time things like this happen. Why advertise a senior discount ? I know the managers probably don't give a rats rear end about this review, but we just want to let everybody know that this company is pretty unfair when they claim they're giving seniors a discount .

Widest selection of produce around. Alot of international /rare selections. The meat prices are phenomenal! The rest Is meh. Store needs an update. Most of the produce you have to pick thru extensively. Cashiers are not very happy LOL.

I usually stop there for veggies and sale items. Also find beautiful flowers or pumpkins on the way in for the season ! Great prices and clean inside

I have had bad experiences at other Butera supermarkets but this one is the best by far. Very clean, the meats are always great and the people who work there are always friendly and helpful when needed.

LOVE the giant produce section. It almost feels like a big outdoor market! "Ethnic" sections are wonderful as well. Some items I've bought just because they intrigued me?. Friendly, helpful staff as well. I really enjoy shopping there!

I went to this store two days again and just got some groceries. The prices were cheap and decent quality food. The man at the register was soo nice! I even asked for his name, it was dylan! He had amazing customer service!!

I bought Jimmy Dean thick cut bacon. 1.99 for each one I bought 11. I made one pkg for my potato salad. I put it in the oven it shrunk up into little pieces. I put it in the potato salad it was like leather pieces. I couldn't even taste any bacon flavor it was awful. I ended up throwing it out which as you know it's a lot of work. I put it my cooler to bring it back. I went in store. I stood there for 15 min people were punching in. Finally a lady said I'll get you someone. Finally the guy came to customer service. I put all the bacon on the counter. I told him what happened and he should put it on the receipt he said its on there .He shouldn't be in customer service what so ever. I told him I wrecked my potato salad from putting that pkg of bacon in it, you should give me my money back for that bacon he said I can't do that,he said you paid with cash here you go and walked away never said I'm sorry to me bad , bad , bad customer service. I use to work at Dominick's for 13 years and never did any of my co workers or myself would ever treat a customer like that. Very rude he was. I hope he didn't put that bacon back in the freezer.
