Love their grooming service. Friendly and caring staff that takes the time to discuss what services you want done on your pet. They send reminders and are always on schedule. My dog comes out happy with tail wagging.

Bentley’s grooming services are top-notch! The staff is welcoming and professional, making my dog feel at ease. The grooming area is clean and well-organized. My dog came out looking fantastic with a perfectly trimmed coat and a happy demeanor. Their attention to detail and care for pets truly sets them apart. Highly recommend Bentley’s.

Took my two dogs to get groomed yesterday for the first time at Bentleys Algonquin and can't be happier! It was my bloodhound's first groom ever and my husky's first groom in years since his last groom was a frightening experience for him, so I was nervous and reluctant. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and all around amazing. Breezey, our groomer, did an absolutely fantastic job! She was patient and gentle with my boys which eased my nerves immediately. I'm so happy I can now get my dogs groomed on a regular basis and take them to someone I can really trust!

I was in the area, so I thought I'd take my dog here for some birthday toys and treats. Nobody really pay us any attention, there were like 3 people gathered around the counter chatting. Couldn't even find toys for him because all the toys are for bigger dogs. I wasn't impressed at all. I ended up taking him somewhere else where the employees are always super friendly, and he always gets treats and attention.
