They were able to get me in super quick for an urgent matter. They were so sweet and kind to my cat. I ended up losing my cat that weekend. They called to check on us and sent us a card. This was my first visit! Amazing!!! Will be changing my vet and making them my #1 vet going forward!

Had to put our family dog of 17 years to sleep and could not appreciate more how the entire staff treated our family during the process. I will always recommend this clinic and have a large appreciation for them.

We visited initially for a surgery consult but ended up with over 2 months of daily visits for wound care! My dog is very fearful of people, but she did well here, even without medicating her. They were even able to trim her nails! The vets are very compassionate (special mention to Dr. Alex) and the front desk staff is fantastic. This was not my regular vet at the time of the initial consult but is now!

I love ACC of Fox Valley. Every experience I’ve had there has been so positive. I trust the Doctors and the staff at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming. Thanks for another great visit.

Dr. Paul saved my sweet aussie. We were attacked by pitbulls last December and dragged into a wetland. Artie got very sick. My original vet bounced him around on different meds from January through May that didn't help, and we tried 2 hospitals that only offered expensive supportive care. I became desperate and found Dr. Paul who made time for us the day after I called. His very thorough review of Artie's history and focused efforts to get to the bottom required only one simple test that discovered Artie had contracted histoplasmosis. A simple test my previous vet and 3 other facilities did not try. Dr Paul put him on correct meds just in time. I can't thank you enough for the amazing care from Dr. Paul and the kind supportive staff here.

My cat receives the best care here from Dr. Nicole. Communication is top-notch here as well. The front desk is always friendly on the phone and in person.

I scheduled an appointment with them twice after being ripped off at a vet ER. They called back to cancel both times because the doctor refused to see my pet cat. I just wanted a 2nd opinion and a day vet to go over the ultrasound results. Anyway, very heartless. Took my cat to another local vet and her issue was resolved instantly. Please take your pets to a vet that care not the ones who run away from responsibility. I went to All Paws Vet in Algonquin and not only did they see my pet right away, they scheduled an ultrasound that same day (had the technician come in from a different place) just so they could accommodate. All Paws saved my cats life. Skip ACC and go to All Paws. They’re amazing and truly care about your pets!

The caring and compassionate staff at ACC of Fox Valley are second to none. During a difficult season of our loss of a beloved family pet, everyone from the front desk staff to the veterinarians were sincere and heartfelt. What I appreciate most about ACC of Fox Valley is the staff does not put you under pressure to make a decision or pressure you into purchasing. They answer your questions, explain technical terminology in a language you can understand, and extend a human-to-human heart of understanding when the news is good or not so good. For example, a veterinarian brought me a high resolution photo of our pet's x-ray and explained exactly what was going on in his little body. As we confronted reality together, I didn't feel alone. When we had to put our doggie down due to a disease, ACC of Fox Valley mailed us a compassionate and encouraging card as a thoughtful follow up gesture in the mail. ACC of Fox Valley stewarded our pet's ashes with care and we received this beautiful urn to keep our memories alive. The hopeful words "Until We Meet Again at the Rainbow Bridge" say it all.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! If I could give 10 stars I would. We had to switch from here last year to go to ACC of Randall Pointe because Fox Valley did not accept discount program. Well here we are , back at Fox Valley.
The staff here is unbeatably outstanding. All super nice, caring and so patient with our one dog who has high anxiety. This dog also had TWO ACL surgeries last year and the staff was nothing short of amazing.
I highly recommend ACC of Fox valley and will not be leaving again!

We’ve been going to ACC of Fox Valley for a few years now and they’ve been nothing short of exceptional. From our fosters to our resident dogs both past and present, the level of care, love, and compassion shown by each and every one of you has always been exceedingly outstanding. Thank you for always caring for our dogs as if they were your own. Thank you for always making us feel at ease no matter how routine a procedure may be. Thank you for always being the advocates and for acting in the best interest of the animals in your care.

I took my cat Buddy to Animal Care Clinic of Fox Valley-Algonquin yesterday 06/04/24 for dental cleaning and possibly an extraction. His old vet retired 4 years ago so we were behind on cleanings. ACC was recommended to me and I would have to say that after meeting Dr. Sam I’ve found a new vet for Buddy & his 3 siblings . Kudos to Dr. Kristin who did the cleaning. From the reception area, the technicians & vets these are people who actually take.the time and care about your pet.
I can only give them 5 stars while I wish I could give them 10!!
Please give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
