“Had an unfortunate experience with fraud and was left feeling very stressed because of it, thankfully the people here at this branch were very understanding and helpful to get it fixed. They helped me fill out the paperwork and submit the evidence related to the fraud claim, and got my account switched over to a new one with very little interference to my other bills. Brad in particular was very helpful during the whole process. If you need to talk to a banker, I would highly recommend him.”

I little dissapointed that I cant just transfer my savings under my name once I become an adult but not a huge deal. If you're opening a secured credit card watch out for the yearly fee, the $24 is supposed to be waived the first year but it wasn't for me or my sister.”

“My Grandma Immel needed me to deposit some cash and so I did her a favor and walked there. Staff were nice enough to give me a receipt and deposit her cash into her account, even though I wasn't the account owner.”
