They are very slow with processing. I've dropped checks and money off and it's taken multiple days before it shows up. Things will pend in the account for a good amount of time for no real reason.

We have never had bad experiences at this bank. They are ALL always eager to help. I recommend them!

The service and customer experience is terrible not to mention no respect from the teller named Denise, awful customer service skills for a clerk, reccommend somewhere else
