My wife has OCD when it comes to cleanliness. Thai location is alright with me. It’s way cleaner than the others. I give it a five for management, staff and cleanliness.

Update! Im very hard to please so I’m not sure why the rating is so low. This is the best WoodSpring location in Illinois. And I’ve stayed at quite a few over the years of traveling. I always stay at a WoodSpring for the convenience of the kitchen. The manager here keeps the location very clean in and out. Very professional and she has a good staff. Laundry and fitness center always clean. I don’t have any complaints and this isn’t my first stay. ❤️

Management lied about a room being treated for an incredible flea infestation. My legs got lit up trying to empty the place. The manager just wanted it done asap with no regard for anyone else. She had also behaved unprofessionally towards other members of my team, though to be fair these are allegations. But I got lied to, and that's facts baby.

Quick to take your money and quick to check you out. Usually you're charged at checkout and never have I ever had someone come knock on my door at 10 a.m. when check out is at 11 a.m. and also my key card was deactivated at 10a.m. . I was told it was a convenience for me and I laughed because it's a major inconvenience when I am trying to get stuff loaded in my car and shower and all this happening and then the two girls at the front desk look at me like they're doing me a favor and don't understand why this "convenience" is actually an inconvenience and upsetting.not only was my key card deactivated before check out but after getting a knock on door and hearing Coffee to see a woman asking if I'm staying or checking out at 10a.m. but to go to my car come back and my card doesn't work and go to front desk and let them know and the card still doesn't work. Is ridiculous. The policy if this is one is ridiculous and I will not be ever coming back

Maintenance comes out ONE DAY a month! WAKE UP people! I WAS told by YOUR employee, when I let them know that the valve to shut the water off in the shower wasn't working properly, the maintenance guy comes out ONCE A MONTH! I'd think if you had a maintenance guy on site during the day they would've taken care of that by now?

Do not be FOOLED! When we first saw this hotel online, we thought it was a fairly new and safe hotel, but we were wrong. To begin with, Jayla, who apparently is the manager, was terribly rude, unprofessional, short and snappy. Prior to checking in, we had called and she had the same demeanor even over the phone. They apparently had no rooms available at all until 3pm. When that time came around to check in, no staff were at the front desk to help at all. A coincidence? There was an entire line of people waiting and they were experiencing the same thing. Our room was booked in advanced along with many others who were turned down and told to come back at a later hour. Remind you, check in is at at 3pm! Jayla was not helpful or accommodating at all, she did not seem to have any concern or care for any guest. We were also told by current guests while waiting that if we needed help, it would take staff 2-3 hours to get back to us because they were constantly unavailable at the desk. Current guests told us they had troubles entering due to card reader issues, and nobody came to help them for hours which led them having to to yell for someone from inside to open the door for them. The card reader did not work on certain doors to enter, which guests ended up propping the doors with rocks. This fact, on its own, is so unsafe as anyone could have easily entered the hotel premises. So unsafe! Do not bring your family or kids here. The room did not have any complementary supplies such as shampoo, body wash, or towels which thankfully we had our own but that is just how careless they are with their guests. Going back, any positive reviews online about Jayla is is untrue, please do not put yourself in this situation and deal with bad customer service. On a POSITIVE note, there was a guy receptionist with dreads that was super patient, kind, and took his time to explain/ reassure us. This hotel needs better staff and an entire new business system!

Hotel it self is nice and clean, the 2 staff members that I have interact with since we have been here at Woodspring Suites in Addison,il is Tasha & Kevin, 2 awsome people with big hearts, very Professional
& careing & Helpful. We Husband & I didn't have a problem with being here until. AUGUST 16,2024 WHEN SOMEONE ENTER OUR ROOM AND STOLE OUR PERSON SAFE , SOME QUATERS, AND SOME PAIN MEDICINE.. both of our Key Cards was Deactivated. The cameras in the Allway doesn't serve no Purpose because they only cover the elevator and the other 2 barley show the Exit. The Cameras doesn't rotate to cover the hallway. We call and have a police report.. Corporate ain't trying to do nothing about it. So if you decide to stay at this Hotel think twice or bring or buy a security Camera for your room if you have plans on staying for a while. No one call us to Communcate with us about this situation.. A Employee went in our room, because my husband walk to take Trash out to the dumpster & walk to the gas Station he got back to the building his keycard didn't work.. but like someone said someone with a Master Key enter in our room and the other person was the look out person that's why his our key was Deactivated all of a sudden, because my husband had used his keycard to get in and out the door early friday morning and all of a sudden hours later he goes to take out trash come back keycard DON'T work. My gut feeling is telling me who's behind this. But what's done in the Dark will come out to light. Every Dog have their day.. GOD sees all evil. What goes around comes around. Judgement Day is Coming. Our space was invaded BY THIEVES .BUT NO WORRIES GOD WILL BLESS US WITH MORE THAN THE THIEVES STOLE FROM US. TO THE FURTURE GUEST BE CAREFUL BUY BUY A.SECURITY CAMERA, I'M SURE THIS WASN'T THE 1ST TIME THE THIEVES ENTER INTO A GUEST ROOM AND STOLE SOMETHING OR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO STEAL. OTHER GUEST THAT WE CROSS PATH SAID SOMEONE BEEN IN THEY ROOM AS WELL .

The front desk called me 2 hours before check-in to tell me that there was actually no room for me.
Rooms: They don't know how to hold a reservation.
