This place sucks very much! The managers, and team leads don’t know what they’re doing, HR is also disorganized, and all the leads and coaches, they don’t want to hear any complaints, the customers are disgusting, employees are so lazy, and very rude! Everyone here is so dysfunctional! There’s no organization within the company! They all procrastinate! Fail to take any action on anything! I’m so sick of this place! I’m done with this place!

I waited an hour at the jewelry section trying to make a purchase. I was told the jewelry representative was on lunch and they were unable to tell me how long that would take. Then after calling the person again they were allegedly not in the lunch room anymore and nowhere to be found. The jewelry person was called over 5 times and I had over 4 employees try to find them. Didn’t know it was this difficult to make a simple purchase. I drove out 30min specifically here because it had the item I wanted, however it was literally impossible for me to make a purchase. Huge waste of time, I don’t recommend this location. Mess. Employees clearly don’t care about wasting your time. I’m sure the jewelry person heard themselves being called numerous times.

I was there with My Girlfriend & we got what we Needed & I Had A Puckup Order Told them Via App & My 2 Bag's of Cat Litter were out in Less Then 5 Minutes!!! Police Followed Me in Her New Car But Being A Nine Year Sober Drunk,I Know How To Be Responsible...So He Went Around in a Huff!!!?
