Your staff is absolutely heartless. It's shameful when you walk in to pick up a prescription and they have no record of even though you received a text that it was ready for pickup. Now I have to come back again because of their error and they have no compassion no matter what the illness is, shame on you Walgreens.

I walked in and the entire store smelled like stale cigarettes. It was also so gross and messy that I had to hold my nose and quickly run out.

Yeesh. Walgreens needs a deep clean. It is convenient to my home, but I may change pharmacies due to how busy this location's pharmacy is. I often wait in line for 10-15+ mins. Not to mention the dirt. Floors, walls, chairs, carts, shelves, everything

Came here to get my prescription. They were a little busy, the cashiers/techs were fine, but pharmacist, morin odeesh, was the worst. Extremely rude, negligent, and disrespectful. He made several HIPAA violations during our interaction. He is prejudiced/racist as well. Walgreens cannot have a racist negligent pharmacist, moron odeesh, on staff that violates HIPAA regulations.

I'd give them a zero if I could they cancelled my shipping order because it wasn't in stock in the store near me. That's why I chose the SHIPPING option. After waiting 3 days from order date they inform me it's OUT OF STOCK. It's not even sold in that store so they shouldn't offer if. Of course it was a buy one get one half price

worst service ever michelle and gina are rude they lied and said they were the store manager ,they do not know how to treat customers they insulted my wife and would not give the name of the manager they told her it was on the front door when she went ther there was no name and then theythought it was funny and said oh we forgot they took it off.

Worst pharmacy experience ever! When I called today about a RX, they continuously cold-transferred me (via phone), referred me to other departments that had nothing to do with my issue, and hung up on me SEVERAL times. I understand being understaffed, having a bad day, or simply not having the capability to help - but honesty and actually trying to assist customers (instead of carelessly and rudely brushing them off) would have been helpful.
