2 hours to load paper rolls. That's on the South side of the building if you go on the North side of the building. They load you in 15 minutes. Those people on the south end are a joke they won't be working there too long

You can still park overnight if You can fit you truck on the side as They sold the overnight parking to cold storage next door. 30 minutes to offload.

I see a lot of bad reviews but my load went fairly well. In and out in about a hour. Docks have the potential to be tight if they are all occupied. Overnight parking looks possible.

By Appointment only,Don’t come too early,Checked in 8:55 am for 9:30 am appointment ,they gave me a dock right away and Checked out 9:40 am,Fast Unloading,Portables washroom available at site, Overnight parking looks Possible….. Thanks

Enterprise group ( EG ) is by far the worst Warehouse anybody can pick up a load from! I've never had any problem with any warehouse my entire 2 years of driving but this place is not worth it! I strongly recommend you don't accept their load! Zero professionalism!! they're not friendly, actually they are very very rude! No communication or whatsoever! No one is never there to help you and if they don't answer the button you are at the mercy of whoever passed by. Long story short don't waste your time I promise you! it is not worth it!

ONE OF THE WORST WAREHOUSES I'VE EVER HAD TO PICK UP FROM. I WILL BE MAKING SURE TO NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. EVER!!! I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS JUST TO GET A DOCK AND AND THEN ANOTHER 3 HOURS TO GET LOADED. THEY NEED TO DO A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF STAFF AND GET RID OF ALL OF THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEED ALL NEW STAFF. FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE DOCK WORKERS. IGNORANCE THROUGHOUT THE WHILE BUILDING. I GOT NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST LIKE IT'S NOT HER PROBLEM AND SHE DID NOTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION. I WILL NEVER, REPEAT, NEVER!!!, COME BACK HERE AND DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY, DISGUSTINGLY, TERRIBLE.

They are not organized! They do not know even which dock is available or not ! Stay away from them ! If you have a load from this facility , just cancel it
