We had the best customer service at this location today for our passport appointment, which is solely what I am basing my review on. Denise was the one who helped us. She was very professional, efficient, and kind. She noticed that my passport photo (taken elsewhere) would likely not work and took a much better one for me. Did we have to wait for our appointment? Yes. But one look at the facility and it's easy to see why. The building is small, and the line is long. BOTH employees were hard at work the entire time and were courteous and patient. However, they are understaffed. The appointments take longer than what USPS says they will. These issues are not in the control of the employees at the front desk. To the employees...thank you for your hard work!

I had a different experience... went in for a money order. The lady was friendly and fast. Only 1 person. If it were busy there would be a wait.

Had a bunch of hazmat packages go missing here June 24th 10:45am, I need a higher up to investigate they are stealing over there.
Description of person; African American lady.
Amount: 5-10
Scans: none since that day.
Workers BEWARE your committing a FELONY with mail theft.
I will 100%!!!! Persecute you in court with a lawyer if I’m shown or told about evidence of my small businesses property being stolen!!!!

They really need to update their hours on the site and door that say they are open until 6 on Friday when it was not even 5 and the lady said they were closing early and wouldn't serve anyone else.

Absolute trash. Haven't had mail delivered in 5 days. Package tracking today claims location couldn't be accessed. Complete lie. Carriers are lazy. Staff inside are unpleasant and rude at best. Far better off using any other towns post office.

I would give a 0 if I could. I was waiting two weeks for my passport appointment with my kids and they called a hour before to cancel because no one came to work. Is this a joke????? How you can't show up for work???? Look for a different place if you need your appointment to happened

Terrible service from the employee Maria Diaz, I wish I could talk to her supervisor or manager. Because of their errors, our package is unable to reach its destination and they do not take responsibility or solve the problem.

I can see why this location has terrible reviews the first day attendant was very rude although it was a mistake made on her part in scanning in package it’s been over a week with no tracking and after going to the back for a minute she said they did not have the package and that it would’ve got shipped that they don’t scan packages which is untrue due to the fact that it’d have to have shipping tracking to be scanned at the original location , this has been a terrible experience and will never drop off at this location again as it’ll probably lose more packages
