This light in the pants half man starts giving me an attitude because I belong to fifth third Bank. The whole time being rude and condescending with an attitude. I found better attitudes and employees at jiffy lube and those are the ones change the oil in the pit

If I can give 0 stars I would. This branch is terrible. I go to every single branch in the near by area and there's always 0 to very minimal wait. EVERY time I come to this location, good luck!

This branch has gone down hill.. use to friendly people but they all left and the turn around there is horrble in the last year the ATM doesn't work and the next closest branch in 20 minutes away and a couple of times i had to go to 3 different branches just to make an ATM deposit.

IN THE RED Even if my checking account is firmly in the black, this irksome branch of U.S. Bank has me seeing crimson. A brief search on Google maps reveals an abundance of U.S. Bank locations in the western Chicago suburbs, some of which are ATM's inside other businesses (Meijer, Target, etc). This standalone building is at the intersection of Mill Rd & Lake St, in Addison. This is one of the ONLY banks I've seen that doesn't have a drive-up ATM. Yes, they have one inside the bank (which was broken on at least one occasion), but that means getting out of your car. And on days when it's snowing, icy, raining, the last thing you want to do is exit the confines of your warm, dry vehicle. (by the way, I realize that statement sounds a bit privileged, like "oh poor baby, you had to be outside for a minute". But you know where that problem doesn't exist? Nearly every other bank on the planet) Because there's no way to "quickly" get cash here, you'll have to leave the car and go inside the little antechamber to use their ATM, or manually fill out a money withdraw slip like a CAVEMAN and airtube it over to a drive-thru teller. Convenient? Not in the slightest. Also, the parking lot situation isn't great. There's a random speed bump (drag racing deterrent??) connecting their lot to the adjacent Caputo's lot, and there's no easy way to leave (a left turn onto Lake St is damn near impossible due to the angle the street's at). * TL;DR * Compared to literally hundreds of others, this U.S. Bank just plain sucks. When it comes to my finances, I'm all for ease-of-access, and this location is wretched in that department. I'm shocked that in 2022, they haven't made any attempt to modernize by adding a drive-up ATM. Get with the program, guys! Not that it factors into the rating at all, but during one visit there was a hobo napping in the rightmost teller lane......who I almost ran over. That was a first.

I’m excited to be a US bank customer. The epitome of professionalism and customer service is second to none at the Addison location. The branch manager Rafael and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. From the moment you become a customer they make you feel special and appreciated by getting to know you on a first name basis. I have recommended my family and colleagues to US bank over the years and I have especially recommended the Addison location for the superb banking experience.

I had a great experience today at the Addison location. The bank manager was more than helpful! It was great to see his enthusiasm even behind the mask. My transactions were handled in a timely manner. You can guarantee that i will definitely be going out of my way to head to this location again.

I switched to US Bank from a regional bank. The regional bank was really nice but unable to offer the ease of banking that US Bank can. My go to location is the Addison branch and the customer service I always receive is superb! They are always accommodating and very professional, from the tellers to the branch manager, Rafael. Would highly recommend this branch to friends and family!
