Most horrible experience ever. My email tracking said my package would get to me between 2-4pm today(on my Birthday) so I got out of work @ 1pm and arrived @ 1:20pm @ my home. Ups came @ 1:13pm. I called and called and keep getting the answer “I don’t know “ now I’m in the center and again I get the “I don’t know what time you’ll get the package “ and instead of the employee calling and letting the driver know that I’m here waiting. The two employees are talking about there vacation. HORRIBLE!!!

Sender dropped off a package to be sent out to me, and the tracking says they haven't received my package for 5 days ..even tho the tracking and package weight were made in their depo, either they lost it upon receiving it or one of their workers stole it.

This place has lost my shipment containing materials for me to finish my school finals this week. I have been given the run around with customer service concerning my shipment. My classes for this semester ends in a few days and my 4.0 gpa that I have worked hard to maintain will go down the drain. I dont understandstand why no one will help resolve my issue and I paid $132.50 for 2 day shipping a waste of money.

What a waste of time. They said out for delivery and then delayed for one day. This impacted a lot. Customer service has no answer.

Terrible experience! As a business owner, I expected better service. When a UPS driver missed my pick-up, I had no choice but to drop off the packages myself. However, the staff at this UPS center insisted on knowing the contents of every box, making it impossible for me to comply since my items were packed by my employees. As a result, I had to reload over 20 boxes back into my car and take them to a UPS Store instead! Worst service ever!!

Make sure to never send any kind of check via mail through UPS because UPS employees are full of criminals that will open your mail and steal your check and try to scam you. They hire the most incompetent workers that are reckless and have no concern for your package. The customer service is useless too because they have no problems solving skills. This experience is like living in a third world country. Hiring a whole bunch of illiterates with no work ethics and peoples skills is asinine and should be a crime. Imagine giving someone your package to ship for you and trusting them they will do it and then they recklessly lose it and then tell you to go to hell without having the courtesy to replace your item. This is where you sue them. UPS will be seeing me in court soon. They messed with the wrong person. The amount of pain and headache UPS is putting me through right now, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. If you have a valuable item pls ship it through FedEx

I had issue with mailing address and no one was able to help me. I800 number couldn’t do it. Called few places they couldn’t help me. I went to Addison facility and met Vyshak Manoj who was at the front office. Vyshak and another driver Gino went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. Another person Jean who was also working at front office was very courteous and helpful. Big thank you to Vyshak and Gino for going above and beyond.
