My husband and I took some packages to this store today to be sent out. I was really nervous. I just opened a small business, so I'm not used to sending packages out. The man who helped me was very patient with me and helped me through the whole process. I'm just incredibly grateful for the way we were treated. Thank you so much for all the help!

I'm not one to make Google reviews, but my experience with this UPS Store in particular has been phenomenal! The manager is clearly hard working but always nice and easy to work with! Employees are helpful, and if they don't know exactly how to do something they do as much as they can, and ask for supervisor help if they need it - have not once been worried to do business with these folks!

Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.I'm completely blown away. Everything arrived safely and in great shape.I've worked with several other pack and ship companies and nothing compared to the superior level of service that I received. It was absolutely exceptional.Thank you so much!
