Whenever I have had a need to contact your office, every represenative-agent, is always courteous and professional. I am a senior, and each and every represenative has Always taken the time to answer my questions, no matter how often or different ways I may ask it. They always take the time to explain things and don't conclude their explanations- conversations until they are Sure that I understand. I have Never been made to feel that I am just a number or part of a quota they have to meet. I would like to Commend the last agent -represenative I spoke to , recently, Joe B., as a prime example as to why I am still with Allstate 35+ years.
