This was the first wedding I attended at Empress Banquets and it was outstanding. The service was great and the food was fantastic I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Empress on 10/28/2023. I have no complaints and highly recommend this place.I hope to be able to come back for future events. All my guests are still talking about how great the food was from the quality presentation taste and amount of food! It was extremely easy to work with the venue and they made my wedding day run efficiently and smooth. I personally worked with Carmela and I cannot recommend her and the team behind her at Empress!Thank you to everyone who worked on 10/28/2023.

Recently attended a wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and the servers were fantastic! Major props to the chef and kitchen team. We were served wonderful appetizers during cocktail hour such as lamb chops, spanakopita, calamari, bruschetta, etc. For dinner we were served with soup, salad, the main course which was chicken and steak, and dessert. The dessert was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Absolutely delicious!

Good drinks, food was not bad,service was decent considering the number of people that were there. Very nice atmosphere at this banquet facility. Would recommend this place to anyone .

The Empress has a decent setup everything in the place looks nice and clean went there for a family event everything was great had lots of fun .

This place is nice. I had my daughter's wedding @Empress. Staff is amazing. Bar tenders are amazing.... well, there was this one guy, not very polite. He did his job, but, his demeanor was not what I expected. The establishment itself and staff is why I will stand behind the 5STAR rating.That one bartender is not going to ruin it.The Empress is where it's at. Book an event N.O.W!

This Banquet is ok, nothing too fancy. Came here for a Baptism party. The food was good. Meat was really soft, "melting in the mouth" My suspicion would be the meat softeners, but would't want to judge here. I overindulged a bit with food and sweets so the stomachache was my fault.

Went there for a wedding shower. The food was delicious and the service was very good. And the decor is also very nice.

Fantastic from beginning to end. I really admire the new concrete work up in front. Whoever did the concrete work were definitely professionals. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Only banquet that can make a good old fashion

Went here for a surprise bday party and the bartenders and food were excellent. Probably the best I've had at a reception hall. The only minor annoyance was constantly going to the bar for water. Again, minor.

A couple of weeks ago, we had the pleasure to play at The Empress Banquet Hall and we were pleasantly surprised. Before our band started setting up, the banquet hall's manager made some upgrades around the stage as we'd requested. He was kind enough to oblige to all our requests during and after the party.
