I bet this place is temporarily closed. I’m very unsatisfied with the service I was given. Kiki or whatever her name was told me I was getting a free line when I activated another phone which was not true. I’ve been paying an extra 40$ a month & also told me my bill wasn’t going to raise much by switching to a t mobile plan now my bill is over 100$ more than what she said. If i could give this t mobile 0 stars I would. Complete trash. Next time think about the customer & not your commissions.

The service from the T Mobile store in Addison on Lake Street. The customer service I received from Josh and Jeremiah was very professional and very helpful to me. And they were very patient with me and kind and friendly. I am going to highly recommend them to my family and friends. They are a great asset to your company. Thank you for having such great help. Joshua and Joseph the service technician were very polite and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me pick a new phone and transfer all my info to the new one. It was a pleasure working with them both.

Best t-mobile store! After having countless issues with another T-mobile store this store is always my go to even if it’s out of the way. Every single time myself or my mom have come in our issues have always been resolved and the workers are always so nice and helpful. Nati helped me no problem when I explained to her that I was a sprint customer and had the screen protector plan she got me in and out very quickly! Highly recommend this store!

I want to say something wonderful about La Don here at the Addison T-Mobile on lake Street. He is a wonderful guy. Pleasant! Oh my gosh, I saw him take care of two or three people while he was taking care of me. He is an exceptional and exceptional worker and everyone else at the store was wonderful too. Everybody was nice and kind!!!

Jeremiah the Tech for Assurant was extremely good and very helpful and I highly recommend him if you need any phone repairs! La Don was also very happy to help thank you for your help and support guys ☺️ I'm going to be back but hopefully not too soon!

Completely useless employees with no idea of the word customer service. Provides false information and does not align with anything that customer service states over the phone. Don't hold your breath if you expect to resolve anything at this store.

Just want to commend VANESSA at this store. She changed my Sprint account with 4 lines to T-Mobile easily and quickly. She even coordinated with Larry from the Griffith IN store to change my brother's phone. Boo-yah.

At the beginning this was a great place. However, what I thought was suppose to be a good experience turned into a nightmare. I was told my bill was going to be a certain amount and ended up turning into being so much more than expected. I got a few promotional offers and one of them did not fall through correctly. I was told my account would be credited the difference and I have to call and nag every single month becuase said "credit" is never applied. Trying to get the representative to actually get back to you or even the manager is ridiculous. I also had issues with my phones I had paid them off and was given an amount only to be told it was not paid off. That all I simply did was lessen the installment payments. It was the buy one get one promotion. Still don't get why they force you into installments if I had the funds to pay in full right then and there.... This issue I would say is more of a T-MOBILE issue. It sucks because you feel like just a number as with any big company.

I was at the store to upgrade my hotspot and assisted by Maggie. This team member REALLY impressed me, she was very knowledgeable, she most certainly knew how to operate and navigate through T-Mobile software to get all my questions answered right away. Honestly, I had to come right a review for her and the store because every step of the way she was on point. Maggie, thank you so much for everything - you are wonderful.

Bad customer service waited 45 minutes to get help. For that I could’ve used my phone, stayed home and sat on hold. They also never have any of the T-Mobile Tuesday promotional products. They always claim they ran out

I came into the store a few days ago! I was greeted with a welcoming “hello ? “ from all the staff. The store did have other customers but the staff made it a point to acknowledge me. All being mindful of social distancing. I had to get some things clarified on one of the lines on my account. I waited patiently. When my time came the team member welcomed me and thanked me for waiting. Taken the time to review my account details with me. Explained throughly. The staff made it me feel so comfortable and appreciated as a loyal customer. Patrick, the store manager, made it a point to just to check in and introduce him self assuring all my needs were taking care of. I personally enjoy when I see managers getting involved in quality customer service. Leading by example! I highly recommend this location! Check it out!
