Couldn't agree with @Maria's review more. I walked in to the store and was met by a thin employee wearing a black hat who snarled "What do you need?" When I said that I needed a ball drilled, he asked if I had a ball to compare it with. I had one at home but it was not mine and noted that I wanted it measured. He snapped back that "it's not the way to do it. Come back with it." I again said that I wanted to get my hand measured and he said it's not the way we do it. I went to leave and told him I'll go elsewhere instead, which he replied "I can do it." Steer clear of this Pro Shop. The employees that watched this happen did nothing to step in or respond, so clearly this is a normal thing. I wanted to believe the review was wrong from two years, but it was accurate to every detail for my experience. Nothing has changed.

They are great here, maybe too great! I will explain: I haven't bowled in many years and decided to do it again with my wife. I was a customer over 20 years ago... After getting fitted last week, she was frustrated yesterday with 6 gutters in a row! She swore the ball was too heavy. After meeting with Lynn, he assured her the ball was not too heavy, all she needed was a wrist brace. Luckily I had filmed a few of her frames and showed them to Lynn. He slowed down the video and took time to analyze what she was doing wrong. He took 10 minutes to show her and gave some tips. Bottom line...she ended up beating me! Lol! Great Customer Service!

I have been going to star my whole life never gave a rating because I was busy bowling with all the great balls they drilled for me I now live in Wisconsin reading the ratings and I seen a rating where they gave 1 star so so wrong the reason they did not sell a man a 13 lb ball is because they did not want to see him unhappy my brothers 10 year old throws a 10 lb ball I suggest you bowl more

I absolutely love this place. I just got into bowling just a few months ago and they have helped me out so many times now that it is hard to remember how many times I have stopped in. All the guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable on anything you bring to them. In my opinion star pro shop is my favorite pro shop in the area.

Lynn and Gauge are outstanding at what they do. They have drilled 6 bowling balls and bowling bag,supplies and shoes. Never steered us wrong.

Walked in 1/2 hour before closing, needing thumb hole adjustments to 4 recently purchased balls. Taken care of and out the door in 15 minutes. Great Service and professional adjustment. Thank You.

3 years ago i gave Star Pro shop 5 stars, and I'm back to confirm it is still 5 stars today. They are attached to the house i bowl at. The ball I have is from the shop at the end of a 2019 league there. Just had it polished and resurfaced. 5.00 cost. Fantastic
