We bought new tires and had to wait almost a month for installation. The day of the installation, they broke one of the wheel locks and told us they couldn’t replace the tires. We had to take the car to a shop to get all wheel locks replaced, costed us $70. They told us we could bring the car back as soon as we fixed the wheel locks, without needing an appointment. We got the locks replaced the next day and brought the car back, just for them to tell us we needed an appointment and they couldn’t work on the car. My wife had to get extremely pissed and almost raise her voice for them to keep their promise. This is not worth it what you supposedly safe to replace 4 tires. Long wait times, bad service, unprofessional staff. Issues like this make Sam’s membership worthless of keeping.

I am a new club member and also a senior. I fully expected to get a card to check out, instead they expected me to check out online. I was at a total loss on how to do that and ready to cancel the whole procedure. Instead Debbie, in customer service, went out of her way help me. She even had me bring my items for purchase to her and she demonstrated the process of how to check them out. She was extremely patient and courteous. I couldn't have done it without her help.

Cane in with no appointment for a tire. The girl that helped me quoted me a reasonable time and was accurate on timing. Work was done correctly when I got home checked the tq on the lugs and they were to spec, tire inflated to spec. Pricing was fair.

Nick was amazing to get help from. Started over the phone, have me honest advice and recommendations without any pushing to buy from SC. Ended up buying my tires from SC which was a lot cheaper than competitors. They had them installed within the hour on the day of my appointment (which was within a week from when my tires were delivered)

Just bought a grill online for in-store pickup! It was ready! All the staff were friendly! My pick up was quick! And 3 nice strong team members loaded it into my SUV! THANK YOU!

My shopping ordered was delivered to my house. It was so convenient. The only thing is the big box. They needed my order split into 2 different boxes.

My wife no longer heads to grocery store. Instead she has all our groceries and products delivered to the house. Please make sure you go over your list of items that you purchase because their have been multiple occasions where items were missing, and they had to redeliver them.

I ordered 9 pizzas and Veronica was so nice even when they where super busy and short staffed, you could tell there was only three people in the food court and Veronica and Eric where on top of things. Eric I felt so bad he had a lot of pizzas he had to make while running them in all three ovens and cutting them and packing them. I I appreciate Eric and Veronica for there hard work and hope Sam's club at least recognizes you two for your hard work

Very messy location, very rude and ignorant staff. Came here again today, for the last time,got here 30 minutes before closing and the man at the door didn't want to let me in saying they were closed when they clearly still had a whole half hour before closing.
