I am a new club member and also a senior. I fully expected to get a card to check out, instead they expected me to check out online. I was at a total loss on how to do that and ready to cancel the whole procedure. Instead Debbie, in customer service, went out of her way help me. She even had me bring my items for purchase to her and she demonstrated the process of how to check them out. She was extremely patient and courteous. I couldn't have done it without her help.

Just bought a grill online for in-store pickup! It was ready! All the staff were friendly! My pick up was quick! And 3 nice strong team members loaded it into my SUV! THANK YOU!

My shopping ordered was delivered to my house. It was so convenient. The only thing is the big box. They needed my order split into 2 different boxes.

My wife no longer heads to grocery store. Instead she has all our groceries and products delivered to the house. Please make sure you go over your list of items that you purchase because their have been multiple occasions where items were missing, and they had to redeliver them.

I ordered 9 pizzas and Veronica was so nice even when they where super busy and short staffed, you could tell there was only three people in the food court and Veronica and Eric where on top of things. Eric I felt so bad he had a lot of pizzas he had to make while running them in all three ovens and cutting them and packing them. I I appreciate Eric and Veronica for there hard work and hope Sam's club at least recognizes you two for your hard work

Very messy location, very rude and ignorant staff. Came here again today, for the last time,got here 30 minutes before closing and the man at the door didn't want to let me in saying they were closed when they clearly still had a whole half hour before closing.

Who does this Sams club have the worst people in the world work in their CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK! They make is VERY clear they do not want to help you find anything in the store or help with the membership. Worst attitude I have ever experienced.

Don't know what happened at this location but it's a mess , shelves empty and a lot of missing prices . Have to look up price of many items yourself. Very disorganized for the last couple months and I've noticed on weekends pallets of stock in the way during the busy times. You would think they stock shelves overnight or off busy times.

I just joined Sam's Club because Groupon had a special. And their gas prices are unbeatable. However the store in Addison, IL is one of the filthiest places I think I've ever visited in my life. There was no rhyme or reason to the aisles. Furniture was in the center of the store in the back of the store was just kind of random. The worst part though was the dirt it was just so dirty that I felt very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom while I was there and that was even more disgusting. I wore a mask the entire time I was in the store, however touching the cart was gross. It's unfortunate because the customer service there was very good. I was getting my card for the first time I was still in line for a very very short time and got the card with no issues. I understand that people are shorthanded because of the Covid situation, but the store actually should be closed until they can clean it.

Terrible costumer service!!! Been going there for 20 years the guy that works in the produce walk in cooler in the morning should not be working there !! No costumer service skills at all should hire someone that has some decency to help costumers

The curb side pick up used to be so fast and great. Now it's a disaster. I wait at least 15 minutes every time to get my order. I will no longer be coming here

So I am a regular of sam's club and costco and recently I have come to realize that both of these establishments have started giving a sh*t about their customers. Everytime you go to sam's club or costco its just that one disgruntled employee whole will ruin your trip and I dont blame employees. I always blame the organization because its the unrealistic expectations of organizations from their employees. I might extend my membership or might not but for now these 2 have the monopoly so let's wait for the day when someone like Amazon come and pushes them out pf business. For employees my message is please fix your attitudes before all of you are replaced by machines.
