I had a great experience with Razny picking out a gift for my daughter. Sarah C. was fantastic. Sarah took time to walk me through various options and her enthusiasm and knowledge really showed. Really fantastic customer service and experience.**Updated Review**Sarah Clemmensen, Matthew Abitabile and Bryan De Rama made my recent visit truly memorable. I visited Razny Addison with my 14 year old son for a watch to celebrate his graduation. Sarah treated him like a rockstar. She gave him all her attention and was super patient with him despite the store being quite busy. Sarah topped off the purchase by gifting my son a Rolex branded notebook. Bryan helped my son size and setup the watch and walked him through the features. And, as we were waiting to have the watch sized, Matthew pulled us into the Patek boutique and showed us some amazing watches. He spent almost an hour talking to us about Patek and let my son try on some amazing pieces. My son left the store smiling ear to ear. Thank you to the Razny team for a special visit.

I dropped my jewelry off to be cleaned and rhodium plated . They did a wonderful job and all my pieces looked like new!Service was outstanding and fast!My husband surprised me and got me one of their gorgeous diamond bracelets !Their selection and quality is outstanding.

I was very new to the engagement ring process and Pam was incredibly helpful. I made multiple visits to the store and now only did she make the process fun and enjoyable, she also never made me feel pressured into making a decision without being certain. I would recommend Pam and Razny 11 out of 10 times.
