Had a GREAT experience. Bought a 2019 Dodge Journey. This place is excellent in getting you into a car. The people were amazing. They have a nice selection of cars and suvs. I was in and out , no problems no hassle. Picked out my car, test drove it and signed the paperwork. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place.

One of the best dealerships I have been to! The owners are one of the most honest people I have met and are fully transparent. They are willing to work within your budget and find the car that is the best fit for you. I am so happy I found Mint Motorworks and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

One thing I'm incredibly thankful for this season, has been Jennifer and Patryk of Mint Motorworks. They were incredibly professional from beginning to end, all while speaking to me as if we'd been long time friends. This dealership is honest, efficient and Their cars are well cared for and they carry many different types. The inside of their office is incredibly clean and warm, and getting through paperwork was a breeze. They made the procedure easy, and without headache or hassle. You can ask any questions you may have, and they don't make you feel unintelligent for asking like some places do.After purchasing my car (2017 Chevy Spark) I had a few concerns with random check engine light appearances and brake sounds - brought it back into them and they fixed it without question, and no problems since. They know how to do it right, AND make it right. Will always recommend them.

I bought a vehicle from Mint Motorworks a few years ago. I have had nothing but issues and I have put over $6000 in work and I have put only 14,000 miles on the vehicle.(I have all paperwork)Now I'm currently having to pay a bill of $1,700 for a new fuel tank bc it leaking bad. Plus the fuel pump. I wish I could say good things but unfortunately I can't. I never contacted them just bc I thought it would be pointless being a used vehicle for $3,700. I'm just frustrated at this point because I feel I could've been scammed looking at other reviews on this site. I will change my review if I get some sort of closure from this. Over $8,000 now in parts and labor.

Very great experience with Jen and Patrick at Mint. They were both very kind, informative, and never once did I feel judged or pressure about the sale. I highly recommend for a quick, and reasonable purchase. They didn’t drag things out.Felt like I was buying a car from two very knowledgeable family members or friends. If you see a car you are interested in please don’t hesitate to check them out. Very trustworthy!

Becareful when buying from them!!! Yes they are good people and talk professionally that’s part of the job. I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from them test drive it ran really good. Little did I know they removed the bulb that’s behind the dashboard for the service engine light. Long story short ended taking it to a mechanic shop it was catilystic sensors and and other misfires in the timing belt. The fixed ended up costing me over 2,500. If buying from them don’t let the young lady or professionally talk get you. Take a scanner and check the car don’t let this happen to you as well.From reading in some of the other reviews seems that they delete the service engine lights and always same stuff we put money and time into making car road ready. BS beware of this place like I said take a scanner and check for deleted codes and pendingCodes

Really awesome experience with this dealership buying a 2003 Honda Element. After over a decade without a car, my husband and I kicked off our car-buying endeavor with a visit to a way seedier used dealership in Joliet, first. Our experience at Mint Motorworks was a 180 from that - so friendly, not stressful, and easy. Jen was really helpful from the initial communications my husband had with her on the phone, to the test drive and purchase, all the way to the post-purchase experience where we encountered an unexpected issue. She quickly made everything right for us, and now we have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. She also gave us some tips about how much future maintenance should cost and what types of parts to go for.

Bought a BMW from them. They’ve told me that the car has no issues so i trusted them. Not even a week later i’ve got a check engine light. Took it to a mechanic that found numerous oil leaks (which i understand is normal for a BMW). Loose suspension parts and vacuum leaks.Called this dealer to discuss them repairing it to which they told me that ill need to pay for everything. Overall im $800 in repairs nowLong story short, dont trust the dealer and always inspect the car before buying from them
