Angela at Addison is great ! She helped me upgrade to a bigger storage unit . This place is clean! each entrance has a cart so you can load . Pull in garage is very nice . Has a bathroom that’s clean . The best is the music they play when your moving your stuff in , I find myself singing along . Again this place is super clean ! Only thing I missed was the $25 credit I referred 2 people to this place . They also have storage unit . If you refer don’t forget to get your $25 credit . I missed both of mine .

Patrick very knowledgeable and helpful with my lack of experience. He is very thorough with explaining the how’s and the why’s regarding the fees, and the locks etc. Very friendly and personable. Your storage facility is by far the best I have ever dealt with including cleanliness, management, and price. Rented here for a little over a year. Clean facility with easy-to-use carts for moving stuff. They made the moving in and moving out process very easy and were very kind!

Very clean and well maintained facility! Have had nothing but great experiences with them! Patrick was extremely helpful in helping me move into a new unit and the fact that he’s bilingual was incredibly helpful for my Polish speaking aunt! He took the time to show us the units we were interested in, explained everything thoroughly, and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this facility!

How long are the employee breaks here?? I tried to go to Metro Self Storage on Monday July 17 around 1pm. There was no one in the office or parking lot so I waited and checked out the nearby storages in the meantime but no one came back. I liked Metro because of their great reviews but after being in that area for over an hour, I had to rent with a competitor. How can there be no employees for over an hour?? Ridiculous.

I had a great experience renting at the Addison, IL location. I will say that Sandra Osborn who is the Property Manager there was so wonderful. It is rare that you come across someone with such kindness and was able to assist me anytime I had a question or concern. Compared to the other locations this one is by far the most organized and clean. She did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me and made my experience much more enjoyable.Thank you, Sandra!
