At first, I was excited to find a plastics company close to home but I quickly learned that this is NOT the place to have a long term career. They need to find someone else to conduct the interviews. The Gentleman that is doing the interviews IS NOT paying attention to ALL the details. I was VERY SPECIFIC during the interview regarding my skills and my desire to perform piece by piece Injection Molding and Assembly. Then I show up on my first day and they put me on Inventory counting parts. Then I find out that they don't even have piece by piece Injection Molding machines. I was also not informed that the company is moving to a new location further from my home. NOT IDEAL AT ALL. On top of that, all the Indeed reviews are correct about Management here. There is a difference between owners being "hands on" and "Micro-Managing". They are Micro-Managing everyone and every detail, so it is evident that they do not trust their employees to do the job. I also requested to have my paystub FOUR TIMES from HR and all emails were ignored and I still don't have my paystub. Do yourself a big favor and seek employment elsewhere.

Had an interview there, Sue that does the interviewing looks/acts like her marriage just failed... With an attitude like that I could see why! She'd do better working in a meat cooler with all that ice around her heart... If looks could kill.. she would sue!
