“I’m collaborating with a Halloween display in Bensenville and need to print some posters, so I contacted the UPS store. As I’m far away from Bensenville, I could only contact them via email. The staff (especially Angela) are really nice and patient, and shared with me a lot of the information I needed. The printing process is also speedy and of high quality. Definitely a perfect score of 100 out of 100.”

“Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.”
“I just dropped off a package at the end of the day which I know I should never do. The gentleman working there was very polite and professional even though I kept him a few minutes late.”
“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“I was a customer for 11 years. Aviv and Tammy are an incredibly helpful couple who will go out of their way to help you.
Even before I moved to the area, when I contacted them by phone, Tammy was incredibly helpful setting up a mailbox for me and my parents.
On day 1 in Westmont, I lost my wallet during the chaos of the move, and Aviv and Tammy went out of their way to help me retrace my steps. They even pulled up security footage so I could check for my wallet both in the store and in the parking lot.
And finally, on the last week of my move out of Illinois, one of the most stressful periods of my life, both Aviv and Tammy went above and beyond. They helped me package some bulky items that wouldn't fit in my car or in the cargo container (this was a joint effort that involved quite a bit of muscle), offered me different options for rentals that in hindsight would have saved me money, and were just there for me with support and reassurance to the very last day.

“Thanks to Sofia who was at the counter on 18th April 2024 for an amazing customer service. Our son had booked our luggage through LugLess service from this location. Since it falls under an external premise not being an owned office of UPS, there was some additional charge per baggage. It was a surprise to us. We expained to her that these extra charges were not known to us before and asked for help. Sofia was kind and considerate and waived of the charges understanding our precarious situation after a really long flight.”

They were patient, compassionate, and helpful as I figured out how to complete my two Amazon returns, as well as ship an additional package. well, the cost to ship the package was more expensive than using the US Postal Service, they quickly and courteously helped me check off another item on my to do list with a smile.”
