Absolutely incredible experience. Hosted my son’s 10th bday here with his friends. The hosts couldn’t have been easier to work with and it is by far the CLEANEST kids place (arcade/laser tag/ etc) place we’ve ever been to. The rates were fair and the kids had a blast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fun place. Up-to-date equipment. Reasonably priced. Kids love it and it's great for events. They have some games similar to D&B with tickets, prizes, etc. No food or drink.

Kind of the last man standing situation going on here. The Chicago area used to have lots of fun laser tag places like this, starting with Photon back in the 80s. Laser Zone, Q Zar, I can't remember the others as they had similar names. They started disappearing in the second decade of the 21st century and COVID took out Laserquest leaving only the venerable Lazer X. The new trend are more realistic combat training style laser games that are less "tag;" less sci fi, and more like an indoor warfare sort of experience. I think they are both fun, but this sort of place is my true favorite. Unlike other laser tag places, Lazer X is open most of the time, most days, from afternoon to evening. All the other places suffer from staffing shortages and have very limited hours. That leaves this place often too busy to handle casual walk in customers. Call ahead to make sure there isn't already a party booked. Very reasonable pricing.

Kind employees, a clean arcade, plus laser tag...so fun! We here on a Saturday for a birthday party. The staff was very kind and helpful and the facility was clean and all the games were in good repair. I liked that the arcade had a good selection of games but was not overwhelming. My son has special needs and the environment was a good one for him. Plus the staff was very kind and patient with him. Great experience!

Wonderful experience! Everything was perfect. We held my son’s 13 year old birthday party here. The booking process was easy. The owner and staff were very friendly, pleasant, attentive and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable for what’s included (and I did shop around). The staff member assigned to host our party, Matt, was super helpful and took care of almost everything. As the birthday boy’s mom, I felt totally at ease and had nothing to do except take it easy and take pictures. The boys had tons of fun playing laser tag and the arcades afterwards. “Best party ever!” said my son. Thank you, Laser X.

Had a private b bday event, the facility was the cleanest, I have ever been in. The kids loved the laser tag, Christian was an incredibly attentive host, took care of us fantastically. Private events are very much worth every penny.

This place was great!! The lazer tag was fairly cheap, and the lazer tag arena is huge and very cool!

Nice place to go with friends and family, especially for kids.They have a 2 level laser tag play area. It's $8 per person for 1 game which lasts 20 min. It seems like a short time but it is really tiring.Pay attention to all the piles of the game otherwise you won't get too many points.There are a bunch of arcades for kids in the outside area which are fun too.

Such a great place to take the kids. We have had 2 birthday parties here and it is so easy and fun! The owner is fantastic as is all the staff. Great for all ages!

They owner was very rude, told me I parked in his spot and to move, almost caused an accident as i was coming off my vehicle at 11am, he opens at 4pm. Must of been having a bad day
