When I went a few days ago Chloe was so helpful and nice! She was great to roll up and see her smiling face and see her passion for jet brite. That and how good the blow dryers for the cars are will definitely lead me to come back!

LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience there! everyone was so nice and Chloe is like a natural when it comes to selling memberships cuz she got me like a worm on a hook! so excited to come back. The car wash left my car look good as new!!!

Went there earlier today and they refused to let me wash my car after I had already paid. I was forced to reverse back and go on the outside and they had an employee there cleaning and he refused to move and forced me to jump the curb almost damaging my wheel. And to top it off, they never even refunded me. I checked the receipt and the card that they refunded wasn’t mine. The last 4 digits are completely different. I called them to try and get them to fix it and they sent me to voice mail and never called me back. Never again. I recommend either hand washing or going to the touchless ones. Everything changed about this place ever since they increased their prices and added the memberships but won’t upgrade their quality.
Update 6/12/2024
Signed up for the “fast” pass and twice it has failed to register my plate and has me sitting there waiting. I call to the attendant and she ignores me and keeps walking away. I beeped to get her attention and she has this disgusted looking face and reluctantly walks over. I tell her that it’s not registering my plate and she says ok? With a huge attitude and walked away and kept helping everyone else other than me. At this point, I have someone behind me waiting as well. I honked again and she still continues to help others and won’t help me. Then she finally starts heading my way or so I thought. She was about to walk away again so that’s when I get irritated and I’m telling her to go get her manager. Then the beginning part of my dash cam shows her saying can you wait and just starts arguing with me that she’s helping others, that I’m supposed to have a pass (which I do) etc. I tell her to go get her manager and she still has an attitude. Later her attitude changed when I informed her again that I have a dash cam. She was still being sarcastic though.
