Have always used BM PAINT with much success. I recently spent almost 7k dollars for custom shades for three rooms. The sales consultant that came to my home was wonderful. She even suggested which shades to use. Everything was fine until I needed customer service after the installation(s). Didn't matter that I sent in a message online and called and left a voicemail after the second reinstall/replacement. No response. I will do better research when shopping for the remainder of my home.

My installer, Alex, was GREAT! He called early to inquire if he could come early and that was great for me. He was very sincerely friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the window treatments and how they operate. He did all the work professionally and in a timely fashion. He cleaned everything well upon completion.I will request him to install all my future window treatments and I highly recommend him!

Beware of the deceitful practices of this company, they guaranteed merchandise that wasn't delivered.Do NOT do business with them, 3 day Blinds would be the better choice or even Ace hardware.

WOW! We not only got our blinds done for our bedrooms, but because of how wonderful they turned out, we decided to do 2 other rooms in our home. We are absolutely delighted with our new master bathroom top-down, bottom-up shades. They work exactly as I had hoped and look beautiful. The installer (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was an expert, on-time, efficient, and very precise. In and out easily and didn't leave a speck of dust...Very professional.
