On the positive side, Matt and Liz are both very nice and helpful. On the negative side, Joan is extremely abrasive and rude, which was shocking since she seems like she would be nice. If that was my business, I’d be embarrassed to have her as an employee.

We used Humes for my grandfather’s funeral and they were wonderful. John was caring and knowledgeable and Liz was amazing. It seemed like my family was constantly asking her for something and she always took care of it- never making us feel like a bother. Can’t recommend them enough!
