I haven't stayed here yet but planning a family outing. Looking forward to the event.Nearby activities: Schaumburg mall and all the activities they offer and, Dave and Buster are close.

This place is pretty nice a little pricey but they do have a hot tub and other amenities. It is off the beaten path and u do need to take the toll to get there other then that I would stay here

Hotel is showing it's age. Restaurant not open 3 of the 3 days I have been here so far. Some other amenities also not available because of call offs and weather. Would not recommend this location if you are accustomed to HGI service.Food & drinks: Can answer could never find the restaurant open.

The employees at this location were very welcoming, friendly, and patient. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was a lot of parking and a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. The hotel is right off the highway which is another bonus! I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area!

The Hotel was wonderful for the Wedding weekend. The shuttle was great. They even came early to pick up some guests to get them back to the hotel before the scheduled time.

if you like to shower with hot water don’t stay here also bring a mattress it’s a straight challenge falling asleep on these beds and i’m 20…

Graciela greeted me at the front desk upon check in and did everything she could to get me checked into a room early. Per my request, she then moved me to a room with a hot tub bath. The food at the restaurant was great. All off the other staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Thank you for always making Hilton my home away from home!

The AC was broken and I wasn’t notified, the TVs are from 2003, the carpet is dirty, and the king size mattress sinks to the center. Would never consider staying here ever again. Was told the AC is being “fixed tomorrow” so may amend this but for now I’ll leave this. Funny thing, all other reviews seem to complain about the same issues and the “owner” reply’s with the same copy paste response. The only saving grace here seems to be the staff holding themselves together with coffee and cookies.Rooms: Trash.Nearby activities: FineSafety: Elevator held together by duct tape.Walkability: NopeFood & drinks: Expensive.Noteworthy details: No AC

Imagine, if you will, a place built for sleeping comfort and the whole building ac is out on a 95° day. Further imagine, the management says "here's your electric fan, now go build it yourself"... I wish it was just my imagination..

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding at Venuti's and were SO glad that we decided to do this hotel for our special day! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, including Rabia and Wioletta, who helped us set everything up, and all of the front desk staff. We were able to do shuttles to and from our venue, and they were SO accommodating for this. The rooms were incredibly cozy and as bride/groom, we got a king whirlpool suite which was surprisingly spacious (it even had a nice couch and a mini fridge!) We loved hanging out at the lobby with our guests and were especially impressed with the bridal getting ready suite and the Addison 2 meeting room where both the girls and guys could get ready for our wedding. I was very impressed from start to finish with everything!! Thank you Hilton!!!!

Nice hotel, but literally the WORST bed I have ever slept on. Beds are tiny, hard & in desperate need of updating. Zero sleep. No perks for being Diamond members either. Breakfast appears to be free...it isn't, however no one tells you that. Disappointing for a Hilton. Not the quality you expect.

Stayed for a wedding.. I will not stay here ever again. 1st the beds are hard its like sleeping on concrete. 2nd got up to take a shower and ZERO hot water! Now the breakfast is $14.02 per person. I can stay at a comfort inn and get comfy beds, hot water, oh and FREE breakfast for the same price or less….. Oh lets talk about the shuttle driver he took the long way there and back and even made the GROOM LATE to his own WEDDING more the 10 minutes late…..
