clean and neat. everything organized and workers are nice . only problem is are the high prices on some clothes . i saw a nike tag and it was $15. the shirt was beat up and overpriced.

CEO makes millions off of donated items that sell at a price, that the people this was originally designed for, cannot afford. RIPOFF! SCAMMING THE lesser fortunate so the CEOs can go to their vacation homes and live large.

When DONATIONS come with insane price tags, Goodwill has turned into another heartless corporation. Disgusting. Stop lying when you say over the PA “we’re making a difference in the world” when you charge like everyone else. How are people in need going to pay this?!

Please consider instructing your employees who handle donations outside to be friendly and greet visitors. I've noticed that, despite saying hello during my visits, they don't respond. A simple acknowledgment or thank you would be appreciated.

The weather turned pretty quickly, leaving me in shorts and wanting some long pants. With only one pair of jeans in the Sprinter van and several more weeks of travel ahead, I stopped here hoping to find a pair or two of jeans. After a little wandering, I did find the menswear rack and the jeans/pants. It's organized by size though not particularly well. I did not find anything at all in my size. While I'm bigger than "large", there was nothing there that would work. No purchase today. [Review 20627 overall - 174 in Illinois - 1608 of 2023.]

I just walked out of here spending a little above what these clothes would have cost, new, at Target. These ones smell a different tho. Not sure what happened here with pricing; I’m calling on top here on the thrift movement.

Pricing have been getting ridiculous. It’s gotten to the point where it’s only maybe 20% cheaper than going to the store. $12 for a beat up alarm clock? Seriously?
