after a year of having the car everything needed to be replace my battery , brakes , the throttle , my air compressor and the list goes on . The car has been nothing but trouble since I purchased it . I basically build the car back up with brand new parts. I haven’t had air in the car since I first had it . They seem nice and caring at first , but once they have your money and you sign those papers they don’t care anymore . Not even a month of having the vehicle , my motor needed to be replace and I was out of a car for a month . DONT COME HERE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG

After giving me a price on the vehicle, when I got there the price was raised by $3000. The 2014 Patriot Jeep was paid for in full in March 2023 but I have yet to receive the title. I've made MULTIPLE phone calls with promises by Teal and John to get back to me. It is now August 30, 2023 I still do not have a title. What's worse is the VIN number is a Non-Existing number. The Vehicle Identification number on my car is a fake. I'm unable to get a city sticker or take care of other business without the title and matching VIN number. Tickets are adding up and adding up quickly. I am also unable to purchase my residential sticker to park at home. First class Motors has done nothing to fix this problem. You Pretend to be nice. You, your wife, your friend and your dogs. You are THE WORST PEOPLE to take advantage of others and put them in such jeopardy. I expect a clean title and for the tickets to be paid by First Class Motors. Maybe just shut down. It's obvious that your piecing vehicles together. There has to be a law against what your doing. IT'S NOW 2 WEEKS LATER & A BBB Report. STILL NO TITLE. BEWARE!!!!!!

Beware!!!!!!! DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place! We had issues with a truck we bought from them from Day 1! Brought the truck back multiple times for them to fix multiple transfer case leaks and all they did was basically put patches to get us past the warranty period. A few months later we found out that we need to put over $3,000 into the truck because it needs a whole new transfer case & a front drive shaft. These people knew VERY WELL what they were selling us!!!!! These people are scammers!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! I bought a car in November, same day engine light comes on then not even a week later died while I was driving in the middle of traffic. Took them two weeks of no communication on what’s going with the car then I get the car back for another less than a week car goes out once again while I’m driving in the middle of traffic. Then another two weeks in the shop. I get the car back and the engine light comes on and they take the car again. I get the car back just for a few weeks later it’s in another shop. I have been trying to to contact John for what all has been done to the car and he refuses to tell me or send me any information. They are extremely unprofessional and it’s just not worth the money you could spend somewhere else and get a better RELIABLE car at. Don’t waste your time.

I contacted the dealership to setup an appointment to see a truck that was listed online. They called and discussed the truck with me, scheduled an appointment and even texted me several times about the appointment. I drove an hour and half, walked into the dealership and was sat down and told that the truck was in the shop at a different location and that it was having a fuel issue but that they would happily show it to me. After asking additional questions, I was told the trucks check engine light was on but “when we clear it, you can drive it for a little bit and then it loses power.” To make matters worse, they informed me that they have had issues with this truck since November. A simple phone call before my arrival would of solved the issue for a truck you knew was not in working order.
I had no intentions of writing a review, however I have been called and texted 5 times since I left the dealership asking if I would like to move forward with the truck, etc. Please do your customers a favor and keep notes on their visits, this has been extremely annoying!
I had high hopes for the dealership based on the reviews but I just kept running into issue after issue after issue. Buyer beware!
