They are VERY unprofessional. And lire’s. Had an interview with them yesterday for shift they had open and even talked to they’re recruiter about the shift HE suggested which a 8pm-4am. Get to the interview they tell me that, that shift ISN’T open. So I told him I’ve talked To the recruiter about it the day before and showed him what was on their website. “So the guy said that if that’s the shift that they have I don’t wanna take up your time if you’re not here for this shift” which was a 1pm-9pm. The next day get an email say that they are not moving forward with my application

Delivered water heaters here for the second time. Everyone is very friendly. The first time, I walked into shipping, and someone came right up and directed me where to go. Receiving is the last set of 5 (or6) garage doors. Looks tight, but plenty of room for my KW to swing.

We needed a replacement hose assembly for our Kohler sink. Ferguson's website said they had one in stock at the Addison location. I purchased it on line and was given a confirmation email saying I could pick up the part that day after 2:30 pm. When I got to the store, the person atthe counter informed me that they sold the part to someone else who walked in right before me. What?! I purchased that part on line for pick up in store and I had a confirmation email. I was not happy. "Ooops" they said "Sometimes this happens. We end up selling a part that someone else bought on line."They said they could have the part brought from another location and I could pick it up in a few days. They said they'd call me when it was ready. Not surprisingly, they never called. I tried calling the Addison store multiple times. They never answered the phone. I ended up having to cancel my order. The customer service here is abysmal and if you buy something on line for pick up in store, it's very possible the part will end up being sold to someone else. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I should give them an zero star rating due to a employee by the name of Chuck. CHUCK Is rude, disrespectful human being who should not be held any position or job at ferguson . Everytime I'm in the store, he is very unprofessional towards customers and employees. I saw him harassing using terrible verbal language towards customers and employees. He is abusing his power of authority. He needs to be fired. He says this is his warehouse and runs it any way that he wants. To the customer who is not satisfied

One of my favorite places to shop. The guys and gals there are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff and always willing to help. Many on the staff. Not like those big stores where you can't find anyone, if needed.

Update: Customer service at the counter is terrible. I'd rather shop at a big box store after the way I was treated.
